Reasonable accommodations

The property is very convenient to Disneyland. Can walk there in 10-15 min. The property is clean and some furniture is looking a bit worn. Backyard is cozy and fairly private. Neighborhood is very ordinary. The rental company has additional reservation processes that are a bit cumbersome than other rentals and their rules feel fairly restrictive at times. Overall descent experience

Family Disney trip

This house was perfectly suited for our family of 9. We ranged in age from infant to 70 years. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes for all of us. The kids loved the pool and the game room.

Perfect spot for family

This house was perfect for our family trip to Disney. Honestly, we wish we would have been able to spend more time hanging at the house than we were able to. The walk to Disney is about 30-45 minutes (and this included two young kids). The pool was perfect for us. Communication with the management team from Funtierland was great. The couch broke right before we arrived and they communicated that before we got there AND got a new one within our first day of arriving. The kids loved the game room! The neighborhood was quiet, and it felt very secluded since the backyard is surrounded by trees and bushes. We would definitely stay again!

The pool and spa are the only thing that made this house bearable and they were very pleasant. However, there were small ants all over the pool area and spider webs covering the bottoms of all of the pool chairs/reclining chairs. The couch was broken down and torn with stuffing coming out. It sank to the floor when you sat on it and wasn’t usable. The dining table was not the picnic style one shown in pictures. The beds had old mattresses that were not comfortable. There was pain peeling and chipping all over the house. There were only two small spoons and 4 large ones, not even enough for our family of 7. One of the drawers in the kitchen was broken but there wasn’t a sign on it so it got pulled out multiple times and had to be fixed every time. There was no was to see the fireworks from Disney as the trees surrounding the pool were grown up to 20 ft tall now, not as shown in the photos. The shuffle board game did not have enough sand to slide the pucks nor was there extra sand available, making it unusable. There was also no laundry detergent there as stated in the ad.

It was adequate

I want to like it as we were planning a week long trip for first timers at Disneyland. We opted for the smaller place since we were going to be out a lot but we still wanted to be able to cook breakfast and dinners. Some of the good, the bedrooms were just as they were in the pictures. 1 1/2 bath were frequently used and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The coffee maker was broken and very small but one quick text and by next morning we had a new one just inside the door. Now for the bad. Maintenance was a huge issue, there were broken cabinets, fireplace trim was poorly repaired, dents in the refrigerator, the closets were dirty with stuff just piled in them. Light fixture in the kitchen was broken . Even an outlet that was unusable because it was framed into the new closet wall instead of moved or removed. We found an adult toy stuffed in the baby bedding. The stroller once we found it was broken but usable. After all the stressing of things not allowed and how if we even spoke outside our door between 10pm and 9am, the porch light didn't even work. One of the largest reasons we chose this place was for distance to Disney which was great and a pool. We had to google map the pool because the instructions on how to get there were very confusing. Once we got to it, we couldn't get in. The fobs had been changed over and no one changed ours. Luckily there was a very sweet woman walking her dog and she let us in. The pool, mind you it is March, had dead snails and dibris floatin

Close to Disneyland

Nice older home. Lots of updates but still needs a few things done. Pool and hot tub were fantastic after a long day at Disney. Tried to text about a few issues but for some reason my texts wouldn't go through........not due to anything from my end. (My phone works perfectly) Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The home was plenty big for us. Had a good time overall.

Family vacation

Great location for Disneyland and Angel Stadium. Quiet neighborhood and ample parking driveway. Even though sleeps 8, the room set up was off for our group. Couch in big living space uncomfortable so sleeping there was bad option. Overall it was a great place to stay for time spent there.

Perfect for our Disneyland trip with 6 kids and two adults. It was spacious, clean, and close to Disneyland, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was beautiful and clean and lots of fun! We loved our stay so much!

Great stay for Disneyland

A great property with pool, hot tub and fire pit. It was a tight squeeze with 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids), but the trundles in the media room was perfect for piling in kiddos. The dishwasher was a bit wonky and the neighbors had a loud barking dog sometimes at bedtime, but otherwise everything was in great working order. Would recommend this to a large group on a relative budget who wants to be close to Disney, but also wants to have a space away from the crowds for meals and unwinding time by the pool.

Location is key!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this property. The location and proximity to Disney was amazing - especially given our past experiences staying off property in Orlando. The house itself was suitable for the time we were there, but definitely needs a little TLC - fresh paint, a few odds and ends fixed, etc - but nothing that prohibited us from enjoying our stay. Communication with management was very easy via text - a quick text on day 2 and we had more towels delivered by the time we returned home that evening. All in all, would recommend if looking for a super close location for your Disney adventure!

Great location! We used the pool every single day. Plenty of beds to fit the entire family.

We had an overall great experience. The place could have been slightly cleaner, and some extra blankets would have been nice. The rooms were spacious, the hot tub and pool were so convenient for the family, we even got to use the gas fire pit. It was about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, so we dropped off kids first and had one person do the walk by themselves. There’s was no oil or basic cooking ingredients so all that must be purchased separately, also no ice maker or trays to make ice. But we enjoyed this much more than a hotel since we got to all hang out and watch movies together as a family and cook meals together. I would recommend this to a friend.

Disney Vacation

Overall the house was nice and had everything you need to enjoy some family time in the game room, the pool and spa. Overall, the house made it easy for hanging out when not out and about enjoying the local beaches, and theme parks. The sleeping arrangements were a little misleading and not every room has a closet. Not a big deal. House was a little warm and some minor issues with garage door not locking.

Disney vacation

Process was very thorough. Property was exact as shown in pictures. Need to read all comms - especially house amenities. Please note that Anaheim by-law prevents use of any outdoor property (ie backyard) after 10pm Check in was easy. Very spacious. Kitchen well supplied - though will need to bring coffee, milk, etc. Bathroom shampoo, conditionaer and soap, dish soap, laundry detergent all provided. Pool towels in hutch beside backyard door. Pool and hot tub were a great relaxer. 30-40 min walk to the parks (don’t need to take car) Shower drain was clogged but a quick call to main office and someone was on site to fix the same day. Queen Beds were on the small side for two adults. Would highly recommend for large family.

Close to Disneyland

Very comfortable property for our group, which included 4 kids 4-8 and 3 adults. More than enough room and the place was very well cleaned before we arrived. There is definite wear and tear from being used as a rental, but all of those things can be overlooked for the location and price, plus a nice pool and hot tub to use. The kitchen had a coffee maker, blender, more than enough plates and cups (including kids plastic ware), and all of the small appliances you could need. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The pillows were also very nice. We didn't use the trundle beds in the living room, but all of the other beds were very comfortable. The same can be said of the couches. We ate most of our meals outside (after quiet hours), which was very comfortable as well. It is very close to Disney (probably walkable with older kids) and close to many different food options. We were more than happy with our stay and the owner was responsive when notified of issues (some of which we were just letting the owner know about for future renters as it didn't impact us). Very pleased and would rent again in the future.

Loved the heated pool!

We loved the home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the children had a great time! The home is roomy and comfortable. We loved the updated kitchen, bathrooms, and air conditioning! The location is close enough to walk to Disney, about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney. The only downside we found is that some of the beds could be more comfortable. But overall we loved the home and would definitely recommend it!

Fun at disneyland

We had a great stay. We had some questions about running the pool and in 5 minutes a Funtierland person came and showed us how it worked! Great service. The heated pool and hot tub were the hits of the stay. Pool kept the kids busy while adults relaxed in the hot tub. House was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the game room garage with the kids. They liked the 80s Packman game machine with 100s of games that the adults and seniors could play too. Made good use of clothes washer and dryer. One suggestion is that a newer couch would match how updated everything else is in the home. Thanks for a good family vacation stay.
