Had a wonderful stay at Rogers property. It meet all of our expectations. Spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Was a 16 minutes walk from the property to Disney gates . Would stay at this property again in the future Roger was very available and replied quickly to any of our concerns.

The trip was great. The location from the house to Disneyland was great. There were ample strollers, beach equipment etc. the converted garage was great as was the ac. It was in the 90’s for our stay so coming back each day was very comforting. Kitchen was up to date. Ample bedroom space-4. The pool and hot tub were used with the temperatures being so hot. Roger-the owner- was always in contact or could be contacted. Thank you again. Scott

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a tub and or shower. It is private and we were able to easily fit 3 SUV vehicles. It was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. We would stay here again since it has a private backyard and pool and had everything we needed.

Located a convenient short walk to Downtown Disney or the Mickey and Friends Parking garage. Roger was very professional and welcoming. We had swift responses to all questions we had and he was very helpful with instructions for the property. The house was very spacious and the for the 10 people in our party. I will absolutely look at this or one of Rogers other properties when we return.

You are right there!

As other reviews already noted - lots of space for many people. There were only four of us so plenty of rooms for each to have ones own space. Close to park - we used the parking at the park each day - only 35 per day with in and out privileges. The more youthful can walk it if they want. After a day of creating sore feet and blisters, driving back is so much less painful.We also had the more adventuresome stay in the park longer in the day, so one of us would drive around to the Harbor Blvd uber, lyft and taxi drop off area and pick them up at the end of the day.Tip on driving to park: When leaving the house, turn right on Walnut, then right on W. Goodhue, then right at Feather then right on to Ball and then Right to the parking structure on S. Disneyland Dr.Kitchen is well equipped, though could use a electric kettle and a dish drying rack, everything else is there for whatever comes up. Three bathrooms, some with tubs one with standing stall only. Tip: bring additional wash clothes as we only found two to utilize.If you can't make the fireworks show, it is right at the front door, just peek around the tree across the street to get a good view.We have stayed in Anaheim and Garden Grove for DLR trips for over 20 years and this place was probably the most peaceful. Many houses around the neighborhood are VRBO's as well so you will hear other kids having fun as well. We have stayed at two other houses in the same neighborhood and enjoyed this one the most.

Great house within walking distance of Disneyland

My family and I loved staying at this house! The house easily accommodated our group of 9. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was quick to respond to all of my texts. Had one issue with the door lock and the host came out right away and fixed it. Property was clean and looked just like the photos.

Great host!

Our host was very responsive to all questions and communicated with us about groundskeepers schedules and repairmen. The house accommodated our group of twelve comfortably. It was a .7 mile walk to Downtown Disney security and then about another half mile to the park entrance. The hot tub was a nice extra to the property. We will definitely stay again!

Great Place Near Disneyland for Large Family

Our very large family stayed here on our Disneyland vacation. Roger was very responsive during our stay. The house provided enough space for everyone in our family to dine together, hang out together and also to spread out and rest. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, and they were such a welcome activity after walking the Disney parks. The house is a short walk to the parking garage trams to head into the parks. It was so nice to head out to the parks early and be close enough to walk home for a break mid-afternoon and then return to the parks later for a fun evening. Lots of shopping options all around for groceries and anything you need. Lots of restaurants all around as well. Great and safe neighborhood. Fun options in the playroom with pool and foosball and other toys. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have on hand to use as well as your pick of strollers to use for long days at the parks. Great beaches to drive to that are just a 30 minute or so drive away. Our family had such a great vacation at this property and we highly recommend.

Super close location, great for big family stay!

The most important thing to know is that Roger is hands down the best host I have ever dealt with, and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. He was incredibly communicative and helpful whenever I ran into an issue. He was also very gracious with a particular incident. I really can't say enough about his kindness.Now onto the house! It very comfortably fit our family of 10. 4 kids, 6 adults. The kitchen was well-stocked. The kids LOVED the bunkbed and my daughter was in love with her princess bed. There were only tiny things to complain about - it is not a "luxury" rental - overwhelming we were so pleased. Probably our favorite thing was the hot tub!! After a full day of trekking through Disneyland, it was heavenly to sit and soak our aching bodies. We enjoyed it every night. The location is superb. You are right across the street from Holiday Inn where there's a bus stop for the ART shuttle. A few of our group walked one day and it was 25 minutes. Not bad at all! We didn't have time to utilize the TV or video game consoles, but did use the laundry facilities which were very handy. The giant table was also so nice to fit our whole family. And the beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend. It was like home away from home. Thank you Roger for a wonderful family vacation!

Walkable to Disney

The location is great if you're going to Disneyland, as you can walk to the park in about 15 minutes. Roger is a great communicator and gave us access to store our luggage in the garage before check-in. We basically only slept here, as our days at the parks were long.

The perfect Disneyland homebase

It doesn't get any better than this location for a Disneyland trip. It was a half hour walk or three minute drive to the park. We took full advantage by going to the park early when lines were short, coming home in the middle of the day for a break, then going back for nighttime fun. Roger is a great host. He's extremely responsive and communicates clearly. We had no issues during our stay.The house is exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for our group of four adults and four kids.We'll definitely look to re-book next time we come back.

Great Stay And Relaxing

Great Communication with the property manager from the time I booked the property until I checked out . ( 3 Nights ) Spacious and very clean . Felt very comfortable allowing my grandkids to roam freely throughout the property. 20 minute walk to Disneyland or a quick 5 minute uber ride . This property had everything from swimming pool , pool table and enough seating for the entire family to sit down for dinner . 3 showers was a plus . Kitchen fully stocked . Safe neighborhood.Would highly recommend this property.

The host was easy to work with. The property was great. The location is probably the closest you can get to Disneyland. It was so easy to get there and back. Would definitely use again. Loved it.

Great Home Away From Home!

Our youngest child chose Disneyland as her senior spring break destination, so we decided to make a family trip of it! Our children are adults (32, [wife] 32, 25, 21, and 18), so we wanted to choose a place where everyone had plenty of space- and this house was perfect! Two primary bedrooms w/bathrooms attached worked out great for my husband and I and our oldest and his wife. Our two boys shared a room, but each had their own large bed, and our daughter had her choice of 5 different beds in her own room. The details did not disappoint, either! The showers had fantastic water pressure and double shower heads, all appliaces were in great working order, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to keep us comfortable. We were able to keep some groceries and make some meals-and memories- together in the house when we weren't doing "touristy California" things. It felt like a home, and that made our vacation.Finally, this house was PERFECT for a Disneyland vacation. We actually walked to the parks and Downtown Disney multiple times each day, saving on parking and allowing everyone the freedom to come and go as they wished. When we go back, this is where we want to stay again!Additional Notes: close to lots of restaurants and stores street is really very quiethot tub was nice- pool looked fun but it was March :)

Disneyland adventure

Location was an easy walk to the park, we should have had a stroller for the 3 year old. Overall everything was good - we took part in the water activities and the bbq. The kids enjoyed the pool table.

Home away from home

We had a group of 9 mixed ages. The house was more than enough room for all of us. Not too bad as far as distance to Downtown Disney. Roger is a great host with great communication. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly. Great property if you have children.

Quick Disneyland Vacation

This property was exactly as described on website. While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house other than to sleep (because we were at Disneyland and California Adventure the three days we stayed), the beds were great after long days on our feet at the parks. We LOVED how close and easy of a walk it was to Disney tram. We traveled with our adult children, and there was plenty of space for the seven of us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back for a visit.

Exceptional Customer Service. Our service providers are professional: Cleaning team uses detergent+ Clorox plus high temperature to cleaning bed sheets and towels; All counters and hard surface are cleaned; Toilet are cleaned with sanitizing each time. Each bathroom and kitchen has hand soap ready. Each bathroom has refresher. Also we have Clorex Sanitizing wiper, Lysol Disinfectant Spray and Hand Sanitizer available at property. Pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a week by professional people with chemicals, normally Tue. and Sat. Gardener come every Saturday. I was told by one guest that we have the best landscape at Anaheim.
Those are people you can trust, this is safe place you can come and stay.
