Spacious clean condo

Room was great! Updated, clean and spacious. Room had everything you naught possibly need there to enjoy your stay. Had issues with refrigerator and owners were prompt in addressing the problem.

Perfect escape

I am so grateful to have found this amazing condo to stay at. The view is spectacular. Everything was just as described and as seen in the pictures. Beach location is wonderful and also easy access to many great restaurants. El Pueblo supermarket was an easy walk away to purchase any essentials. The kitchen had everything you could need for food preparation. I hope to be back soon!

Beachfront getaway

We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. We were completely satisfied with the property and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Only thing to be aware of is that you are in close proximity of the airport, and being on the 16th floor, the sound of jets taking off can be distracting at times. This was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and value!

This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!

Birthday Weekend

The room was great for a place to sleep at the end of the day and a room to get ready in. We did come into an issue with the fridge but it was checked on immediately and fixed by the next day which was amazing. There are ants, at first they did not bother which was not a concern of ours but by our second to last day they began to bite. Ants can be common in some areas so I recommend some ant spray. Other than that, the stay was nice!

Great place to stay for a baecation

My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and we loved it! Great views, host is responsive, and location is everything. Close to Isla Verde Beach & great food spots. Also, CVS is down the street. Clean place that’s important.

Loved this place amazing view,private beach entrance , everything you need walking distance , really close to the interstate . Secured parking ,very clean honor of the suite is amazing she communicated very well . Next time I’ll definitely try to stay here again .

Amazing Views

The property is a little hard to get to, but that was mostly due to the heavy rain we experienced on our first day. After that the stay was smooth as could be. The resort leads right onto the beach and is quick accesses to Old San Juan.

Amazing stay! Beautiful and prime location!

This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying here. The room overlooks the beach. The room was complete with anything you would need, sunscreen, dishes, beach, chairs, etc. We have no complaints about our stay at all all!

We had a great stay! Beaches are lovely. Lots of Tiki access. Fairmont hotel next door has great food and staff! Easy access to everything with Taxis outside Fairmont. Nice grocery store behind Chilis just a few blocks. Good restaurants on Main Street. Slept great. We used the small kitchen too. AC worked well. Beautiful view. Kind, available host! Five stars! Great location, awesome view. Somewhat disappointed that the property has no food or bar service. Pool is not open. No concierge service. Seems like it was a great place to be at one time. Staff are friendly. Rosa was always responsive... thank you Rosa!!
