Overall the stay was fine. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which made getting ready pretty easy. Beach access made this property more appealing but it is overall basic. Could use some TLC and updates. The front door has no peep hole and has to be pushed twice to ensure it locks. The lock doesn’t feel very secure and one of us had to stand outside to confirm that door even locks at all. No wash cloths provided.

Property advertised washer and dryer but there wasn’t one in the unit and that as one of the things we needed for the trip. Very nice and clean. Close to beach. Easy access and check in process.

Spacious and clean, great location, helpful host. Electricity on the island blacked out during my stay, but the host had a battery backup in the room that was very helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

Exactly as pictured

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as stated in the listing! We had a little trouble with the keypad a few times not opening after putting the code in until we realized you have to press and hold the thumbprint until you hear the click, not just press it as it says in the instructions! The view was spectacular.

Spacious clean condo

Room was great! Updated, clean and spacious. Room had everything you naught possibly need there to enjoy your stay. Had issues with refrigerator and owners were prompt in addressing the problem.

Beachfront getaway

We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. We were completely satisfied with the property and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Only thing to be aware of is that you are in close proximity of the airport, and being on the 16th floor, the sound of jets taking off can be distracting at times. This was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect escape

I am so grateful to have found this amazing condo to stay at. The view is spectacular. Everything was just as described and as seen in the pictures. Beach location is wonderful and also easy access to many great restaurants. El Pueblo supermarket was an easy walk away to purchase any essentials. The kitchen had everything you could need for food preparation. I hope to be back soon!

Great location and value!

This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!

Birthday Weekend

The room was great for a place to sleep at the end of the day and a room to get ready in. We did come into an issue with the fridge but it was checked on immediately and fixed by the next day which was amazing. There are ants, at first they did not bother which was not a concern of ours but by our second to last day they began to bite. Ants can be common in some areas so I recommend some ant spray. Other than that, the stay was nice!

I booked this property because the beach is a 3 minute walk. The views of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The bed is comfortable. The condo needs few updates: water pressure in the toilet is low, shower head has layers of calcium deposits. Suggest that you install a shower organizer to store shower gels and shampoo instead of on the edge of the bath tub. The cleaning attentant needs to clean on top of the refrigerator. I highly recommend that the drain pipe of the AC be fasten to the wall so that the water goes into the drain hole and not the balcony floor. The peeling paint in the balcony's ceiling needs a paint job with an appropriate paint. The 2 biggest issues I faced was: (1) I was locked out of the condo for over 2 hours. The battery in the digital wifi operated door lock died. As a result, I could not get in. Secondly, the light went out. I was told light outage is common in Puerto Rico. Due to no power in the condo, there was no Wi-Fi. The front desk did not have a spare key. Attepted to call Property Manager, but she was on a flight. After she called back, I explained to her the situation, but she tried to make it seems like it was my fault. I had to wait until the cleaning lady come with the key. Since it was the only key, I had to make sure it was around my neck at all times. (2) Black ants came into the condo unto the bed and was bit all over my body. She said they were mosquito bites because those ants do not bite. PM offered late check out.

I just love to experience the neatness of the complex... everything is in order in excellent conditions. Privacy, Luxury and a the best beach in the north of the island.
