Denna pittoreska och vackra lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av Isla Verde. Bara 5 minuter från flygplatsen, på den bästa stranden i San Juan och utan tvekan en av de bästa stränderna i hela Puerto Rico.

Racquet Club Condominium är en säker, ren byggnad och har en spektakulär utsikt över havet.

Dessa lägenheter ligger bara några steg från Isla Verde-remsan, där du kan gå till allt, från Inter-Continental, Ruth's Chris, till "soho chic" takrestaurang och bar på Water and Beach Hotel. CVS är ett kvarter bort, några kvarter till Walgreen's och ett antal snabbmatrestauranger om du väljer.

När det gäller transport kan du hyra en bil eller till och med gå några steg till hörnet och ta lokalbussen till Old San Juan och ta in några museer eller besöka den världsberömda El Morro. Det finns så många val, men du blir inte besviken.

"Puerto Rican Cheers" är det jag kallar den vänliga baren och restaurangen, bekvämt belägen i botten av byggnaden, där du kommer att träffa lokalbefolkningen, till New Yorkers, till turister från hela världen och i slutet av natten , alla vet förmodligen ditt namn! Det är bara roligt och har fantastiskt kök !!!!

Beautiful,Convenient Location

This beachfront location has pool access, is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, so many restaurants, and is a short uber/taxi ride to Old San Juan as well as other great neighbourhoods. It’s a cute, clean place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A piece of paradise

I love this property, the apartment is very nice and the beach right downstairs is beautiful. Jennifer and Gustavo, the property manager were always making sure that everything was up to par! I am a repeat customer!

The location was perfect. I loved seeing the beach through our window. I especially enjoyed taking walks on the beach. I was happy with the apartment.

Great beach experience

Pleasant, clean, and well appointed with a great view. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Although the property manager was not always supportive, the owner was easily contacted and quickly resolved all issues. Ideal location for enjoying the beach and exploring San Juan. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks.

Spectacular Location

My mom and I just returned from eight days staying at Jennifer's condo. It is beautifully done, very well appointed and the location could not be better.She is extremely responsive, very personable and cares about her guests. there are no negatives to report as everything went as planned. I highly recommend this property. Please carefully read the description, there is no balcony - which we didn't mind at all since the floor to ceiling sliders gave us a beautiful ocean breeze at night. Plus the beach is steps away!

Great spot with excellent view and nice neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has a great ocean view and is clean and well-furnished, and comfortable! The beach and neighborhood are walkable and pleasant. The owner and property manager were wonderful. A great home base to explore the island from! We would love to stay again someday!

Really nice place!

Beautiful views, great location, and lots of little things that made our stay extra special! The beach toys in particular were a nice bonus. Comfortable bed, nice sized rooms, felt extra secure with all the gate locks. We really loved staying here!Two things to note though--The listing claimed that there's a hot tub, though there as far as we could tell there isn't one. Also, finding the "CVS" parking spot was initially a bit complicated, and we also needed the property manager to arrange for a different spot instead when we couldn't get into the lot. Thankfully they were really nice about it and able to work that all out but it made check in longer and more complicated than it would normally be. Other than those two small things, really great place and would definitely recommend!!
