This apartment is located at Marbella Del caribe Oeste , one of the most wanted condominiums in Isla verde. This condo apartment has a walk out balcony with an unobstructed 180 Degree ocean view!
cozy one bedroom has a king size bed, a living room with a full couch and a recliner for you to lean back and listen to the ocean waves with an spectacular view All comfy furniture!!!!! 2 flat screen TVs / DVD with 250 high speed wireless internet, central air conditioning, new stainless steel outdoor furniture. Also includes outside playground for children and BBQ area for friends and family.
Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and everything you need to feel at home. Complimentary assigned parking space underground you can rent a lounger and umbrella right at the beach for $10 a day.
The entire property is gated, there is direct access to the beach through a secured gate, using a key fob. THE BEACH IS YOUR BACK YARD!!!! Pool is amazing!!! adult / kids pool combo so, the family can be together at all time for fun in the sunâïžâïž pool is gate as well for safety, so children canât have access without an adult.
24 hour door man to direct you at all time on anything you need during your stay
