Great roomy condo in Rosemary

Very modern, airy and light condo with large open spaces and bedrooms. Situated perfectly atop Restaurant Paradis and close to everything. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again!

Great Value Rental

Spacious and clean condo!

The condo is perfectly designed for a family of 5. The access to the beach is just a few minute walk, The sofa is a bit uncomfortable and the board games are missing quite a few pieces. The beds were extremely comfortable. The property management was easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location with access to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. Only issue was about 30 minutes delay after the posted check in time so they could finish cleaning with my family out in the heat and unhappy. Otherwise great stay.

Lovely convenient location

The Mercado is a great location, and the condo was perfect for my husband, my sister, and my 80-year-old parents. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, central location that is literally 2 minutes from the beach and seconds from all the best food in Florida! Used the bikes, enjoyed the pools, and drank coffee on the cute porch each morning with my dad. We will be back!

Perfect Family Celebration

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed. We had a little trouble with the elevator and wifi, but when I reached out, I always received a prompt response. We also only had one bike, but they brought the second bike after I contacted them. The walk to the beach was super easy, even with two toddlers in tow. The location made it so easy to go on walks to breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we wanted to. We absolutely will be back and would definitely stay in this unit again!!

We loved seeing the activity off the balcony, having restaurants on the street below us and being a block from the beach and green spaces in every direction. The Royal Destinations app is a great tool to use but the information needs to be updated and a little more thorough. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and amenities we had access to in the area between community pools and fitness center among other things were great! We never found the two bikes that came with the unit and there were a few other small things but overall great. Highly recommended for families!

A few things missing could have made it more comfortable, like a shower caddy for soap. Overall the experience was comfortable and the RD folks very responsive. We did have an issue with WiFi that took a long time to clear up but the handyman was very nice and helpful. I did not care for the late Check in time and the early check out time- our locks were changed far before the 10am departure time and thus we were not able to retrieve something we left in the room. Condo was quiet despite outside noise. Would have preferred more than one beach/pool access card.

2 things that were irritating. You need more detailed language on the elevator. Everyone looked for an actual keypad to put the code in. It’s the actual floor numbers that you use as the key code. Change the verbiage !! Secondly, as we were packing up the car we got locked out of the unit . Iit shut us out at 9 am and not 10:00 which was the checkout time.

Ants everywhere, i emailed the manager and got a response right away... emailed them again to explain the gravity of the situation and haven'thear from them in weeks. Ants all through the kitchen, crawling around the stove to the point we could not use it, all through out clothes in the closets and our suitcases in the floor. Some ants managed to make it home with us. Will likely not use this propery again.

Rosemary beach condo

Lovely condo for our family of 5. Perfect location. We could walk to everything within a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were never able to use the two “complimentary bikes” due to a lack of communication and accurate guidance as to where the bikes actually were. They kept saying they were in a specific location, when in fact, they were not. Despite multiple days of trying to get help with the bikes, the issue was never resolved. The other issue was the shower in the bathroom with the bunk beds. The shower handle would get stuck and wouldn’t allow us to turn off the water, which we discovered the 2nd morning we were there. Other than the bike and shower issues, the place is in the perfect location and the condo itself was a great size and nicely updated and clean.

Wonderful property, issues fixed ASAP

Reviewer Comments: Our 3 bedroom unit was clean, well appointed and in a great location.We were the first post-Covid19 the beach is now open group to stay in this unit. There were 2 issues: The AC wasn't cooling properly and the handle came off the shower. The AC was fixed within an hour (it was working but not that great and their repair person was over ASAP) and the shower handle quickly taken care of. I wasn't upset as things break, but was thrilled with how quickly it was fixed.Our many questions were quickly answered by a nice guy (where do we take the trash out to, how do we rent umbrellas, etc.).This was memorial day weekend, the beach was slammed as everyone from GA was ready to get out of quarantine, and Royal Destinations handled the surge with excellence.

Subpar/Disappointed

The best part is the location. Upon arrival the floors had sand and dirt particles on flooring. Hairs in one of the bathtubs & dirty dishes in cabinets. The LR furniture & rug are dirty and shams in bedroom falling apart. Guest shower plumbing parts fell off in shower while using. The worst part is the Scandinavian washer & dryer that kept me up for hours trying to work it. It ruined several pieces of my daughters white clothing. I let Royal Destinations know and they never sent anyone to repair or help. These appliances need to be thrown away and/or supply a manual on how to use them. Other renters have stated similar reviews and unfortunately these issues have not been fixed. The LR & dining areas are very small. The L sofa doesn't even connect and it was a jar when we arrived. The bathrooms are large which is nice. I would never ever stay here again. Royal Destinations is supposed to be compensating me for all of the issues we had and we haven't heard anything yet. I will take this a step further if I don't hear soon. We have been renting in Rosemary for 15 years and I have high expectations. This unit is worn down and the issues need to be addressed ASAP! Big disappointment!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we arrived on Saturday and the place seem clean but after unpacking and looking further the bathrooms were not clean well and the drawer still had Sand it them. The first bathroom as you walk in the door shower/water faucet was not working so the bathroom is not cleaned properly especially during a very anxious time of Covid The elevator was broken when we arrived would only come down but not up so as we stood there with another family we realize that we were going to have to bring up 5- 50 pounds suitcases up four flights as well as all of our groceries and beach chairs and my son had just had knee surgery so we had to run up for flights send it down to him and then push it to come back up the washer and dryer was broke when we arrived which we did not know about and ran a load of wash which was set for cold But the washer only had scolding hot water available so it ruined several articles of clothing valued over $200 which will not be compensated for The Wi-Fi was Horrible! The only good thing about this place is the location and the size of the place

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good location very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The king size beds are comfortable. However, this was the first time we have come to Rosemary and not had a great experience. On arrival I noticed toothpaste splatters on both mirrors and adjacent walls in a bathroom. I also noticed heavy condensation inside the dryer door and thought that was odd. We had packed light for the trip knowing we could do laundry midweek. But the dryer stopped working Wednesday night. A gentleman came by Thursday but could not fix the dryer. He said someone else would come by to fix it. We did not hear from anyone and didn’t have a dryer the rest of the week. We ran out of clean towels and clean clothes for the trip. We also didn’t have pool passes on our arrival as promised and Rosemary will not allow anyone to use pools without them. I requested those early in the week and 2 days later we finally received them from Royal Destinations. Parking for this unit is right next to the bike storage area downstairs so beware of scratches in your car paint from bike riders and maybe park on the street. Lastly the dishwasher has to be run twice and still leaves small particles in the bottom of cups on the top rack of dishwasher.
