This fabulous *Southside 30A* 3 bedroom 3 bath penthouse condo is in the perfect location! In the heart of Rosemary Beach, overlooking the town center, and the rooftops of the community. It is an easy walk or bike ride to all restaurants, shops, Western Green, and the Gulf of Mexico!
Just off of the living area is the master suite. This room features a King-size bed, a seating area, and a large flat-screen TV. The master bathroom boasts a jetted tub, a large walk-in stone tile shower, and a double vanity. The master bedroom also has private access to the balcony overlooking the South side green in Rosemary Beach.
