Villa Belize Cottage påminner om en villa i medelhavsstil med vita gipsväggar och tak ovanför utsatta träbalkar. Den toskanska eldstaden är fokus på den rymliga nere - vardagsrum, matsal och kök är alla med och kan rymma flera konversationsgrupper samtidigt. Utrymmet sträcker sig utomhus på en täckt matplats, som ser ner på en fontänterrass, som själv omges av en tropisk trädgård. En täckt balkong utanför sovrummet på övervåningen sträcker sig hela bredden av huset, och ger utsikt över den trädkantade strandpromenaden till östra grön. Två andra balkonger har utsikt över trädgården nedanför. Du kommer att älska atmosfären!

Our Rosemary Beach Respite

The trip was perfect! The April weather cooperated nicely, & the grounds are breathtaking. The people were very friendly. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, & fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the large open porch, complete with a swing.

Perfect Getaway Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Belize Cottage was a perfect home away from home for our beach vacation! I loved how it was so close to the beach walkovers, literally steps from Coquina pool, and a leisurely stroll to the town square for dinner and shopping. The kitchen is fully appointed and there was enough dish soap and laundry detergent provided for the whole week. I brought my own, but it wasn’t needed until the last day. The large porch was used most days for meals and to use the porch swing while drinking our evening tea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

March Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is lovely - especially enjoyed the porches! Main complaint would be how THIN the walls are and that the bedrooms are all in a row so you can hear every single sound from every room which makes it feel like there’s no privacy as a couple. If you don’t mind that, then it’s a decent house for a small family. The pullout sofa is worn and not comfortable to sleep on, so I wouldn’t rent if you have more than 6.

Magical !

Surrounded by trees and Lined by patinated antique copper gas lanterns and a large outdoor porch with a dining table , this is the house you want to be at. The inside is filled with high end , carefully curated furniture creating the most cozy ambiance . The location is perfect - close enough to town to walk/bike to the Main Street, but just enough away so that it feels peaceful. Easy beach access from the house. Our favorite house in Rosemary !

Dad trip

Beautiful house! Everyone had plenty of space and the open kitchen and living area brought everyone together. Warm colors gave it a timeless and home-like feel. Hope to be back to this one.

Perfect cozy getaway for five adults and a baby

We spent a week at Belize Cottage in February and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house is very cozy and homey and is in an ideal location within Rosemary Beach. A very short walk to the beach, the pool, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

Stay with family

The location was excellent, and the home was welcoming. Everything was clean, communication was easy and we were able to get in and out without any trouble. The only thing we would have changed is for the interior lighting to be brighter once it was nighttime. Our family enjoyed staying there!

Elegantly decorated with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from Coquina Pool. A 3 minute walk to the Rosemary village though just far enough to enjoy quiet solitude. Great service from the 30A Luxury Vacations staff with easy check-in/out. We will be back to Belize Cottage in future years.

Amazing get away

My family if 5 stayed for Christmas holiday and had an amazing time. The location is amazing and close to the water the shops and everything in between. The home was cozy and warm! The wrap around porch was well used and enjoyed. We used the well supplied kitchen every day. Can’t say enough.
