You will feel right at home in this comfy 3rd floor, Two bedroom Two bath condo just minutes from the beach and a great start for a Fantastic Vacation. Planning an evening in, no problem, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a flat panel TV in the living room. The dining area seats four and there is additional seating at the bar. There is a balcony off the living room where you can sit outside and relax. The master bedroom has a King bed and the second has a pyramid bunk set with a double on the bottom and single on top.
All of this just 1.5 blocks to the infamous Virginia Beach Boardwalk and Beach. You can enjoy the happenings along the three miles of Boardwalk, ride a bike or rent a Surrey. Atlantic Avenue comes alive in the evening with live entertainment and excellent restaurants.

Great place!

This is a really cozy condo with a great location. The boardwalk and beach are a short walk away but it's still quiet at night. Beds are comfortable and the check in/out instructions are crystal clear. Supermarket across the street is really convenient and there are good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Great place and nice location

The property is a short walk to the beach. Great unit, nicely maintained and in a good area. Two nice size bathrooms and kitchen looks new. Plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. Bedrooms were nicely done and plenty of room. As others said in their reviews the couches are a little worn out. I have 2 teenage sons that are 6ft tall. Lower twin bed was great but upper was a tight fit. Its across the street from a grocery store which is convenient but the delivery trucks kept there back up alarm on so we heard that at 6am a few days.

First time in Virginia Beach.

Property was great. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. Can walk to most! Was not advised to bring toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher pods. That was a first and we rent often. Other than that great place and great location.

Great

Property was very clean, pictures on website were accurate, pool area clean and chairs comfortable. Easy access into parking lot. Cindy checked on us frequently. The only thing that was a little minus was the comfort of the sofa. It should probably be updated.

Johnson Vacation

This is our second time staying in Plya Rana,and it was Great! Very accomidating with supplies, cooking utensils etc. They only thing that I can say is that defiantly a new couch mattress is needed.it's a bit hard to get up from. We would rent it again. Thanks so much!!!!

Everything we needed. Very close to the beach.

Check in and check out we’re super convenient. The property was close to everything. Having the pool available was a big bonus.

Quiet Condo near the beach

Nice neighbor. 2 blocks from beach. The pool was a plus also. Clean with well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots pans dishes and silverware. Perfect vacation spot
