Great place for an Annapolis weekend

Love the Eastport neighborhood. The house is close to local restaurants and a short walk across Spa Creek to the City dock.

Great location

Small but mighty Eastport house, super convenient to all thing Annapolis. Clean, equipped, comfortable. Mark is great at all things communication. Stay here….just not on the dates that I need it!

Lovely House & Perfect Location

Thoroughly enjoy our stay. The home is an easy walk to Eastport and downtown Annapolis shopping, restaurants, and fun. The home is spotless and welcoming. Looking forward to staying there again.

The house we rented for a month was excellent.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was well fitted out with the necessities. The location was great. Our landlord was very helpful. All in all, a great trip.

Great Property and Location

Stayed here for five nights. Property is clean, comfortable, and is in an excellent location as we could walk anywhere in the downtown Annapolis/Eastport area. Mark was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Annapolis. It was a convenient walk to downtown and several great restaurants in Eastport. The house was impeccable, the beds and linens very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The host went out of his way to communicate restaurant ideas and other information to us and was pleasant to talk with. The owner has a locked section of the house on the back so there is no back door on the property for renters to use. We could access the backyard by going around the side of the house. The owner was not staying there during our visit and stayed at his other property. He did need to stop by while we were renting but communicated that via text so we would know when he would be on the property. The wine bar and bakery close to the house were lovely and the ease of parking in the roomy driveway was wonderful!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here in Annapolis. The property is PERFECTLY situated for exploring the area and the local community is friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening amd talking to those walking by. The home is walking distance to nearly everything!

Perfect Location

Mark's place was the perfect location for our week in Annapolis! Walking distance to everything we love in Annapolis- great restaurants, downtown, and the Naval Academy. So great having a place to park too ;)

A Great Annapolis Weekend

This property is in a perfect location; close enough to downtown Annapolis but far enough away to be out of the crowds. The neighborhood has several convenient, delicious restaurants near by so we avoided the boat crowd and the Navy football crowd. The front porch is delightful and so fun to sit in the sun and great all the neighbors that walk by. Everyone was very friendly. We had a great time.

Charming house in Eastport

Great quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of Annapolis’ sights, restaurants and the Naval Academy. The house has beautiful wood flooring and well decorated. Host Mark was an excellent communicator and responsive to our requests.

Perfect!

Loved our stay in East Port. The bungalow was clean, very well appointed, and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to everything - a 5-minute walk to the circle with pubs, restaurants, and USNA gate 1 - yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean, Comfortable, Well Situated

Mark's place is clean, neat, tidy -- always the most important thing for me. Though it's small, it's plenty comfortable for 2-3 people. Good seating in the living room and front porch, and a place to work in the dining room. It's also in a terrific location, just a 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Eastport, but also DTA. Perfect for USNA events, where parking and access to the Yard can be tough. Finally, Mark was responsive and respectful. A great experience all around!

Bay Ridge my home. It is so convenient to everything, once I settle in the car stays parked in my driveway until I head to the country home for work and some pleasure!
