This is a delightful place to stay. The owners make sure you have all the amenities from home in case you forgot something.:-). The owners were responsive and responded quickly when asked a question. The backyard was great for hanging out. The house is so much cuter in person!!

Great house, location, and owners

We stayed at this property when our daughter graduated from UT. The location was fantastic, the house had everything you would ever need. It had a great little yard to spend time in as well. The owners were a pleasure to work with as well. We will be back to stay at this property!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Great for folks who need a base camp for a busy Austin vacation or work event. Like a large extended stay suite with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Comfortable outdoor space for a few guests. Easy to find and you're walking distance to restaurants, bakery, and grocery.Not a place where you'd throw a party, because the neighbors are very close. But the outdoor area is shady, and the putting green is fun.Would definitely choose this property again.

Great house in a nice area close to UT

The home is great. Nice comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all the necessities and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. The backyard patio is great. Plenty of seating and a nice little putting green. If we ever are in Austin again, we will definitely try to stay here again. Also Stephanie and Bradley are really nice and great to communicate with if needed.

We stayed here for a conference downtown and it was perfect! Easy to get to downtown, clean, and comfortable. Hosts thought of everything and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

A very nice stay!

The house is very cute! I was amazed at how well stocked it is! It even had Scotch tape for last minute wrapping! I’m sorry that a gold car was parked directly in front of the house our entire stay. Our son had to park down the street. My only suggestion is the bath tub would look so much better if it could be re grouted.

We are B and Jennifer. We are true Austinites!! We were even born in the same hospital, St. David's. We have both lived here our whole lives, except when B left to go to law school in San Antonio. We have twin daughters that keep us very busy.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property has has been in our family for over 60 years. B's Grandfather used to own a furniture store that is now, Hyde Park Theatre and he used to purchase homes in Hyde Park so he could get the furniture to resell in his store.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We hope you will love this home as much as we do. We did much of the work on the remodel ourselves and we tried to make it even more comfortable than your own home!! It is really fun to people watch on the porch and the neighbors are all very friendly!
