Wonderful property in a great part of Austin. Dog friendly, great amenities (the bed was VERY comfortable). We came to Austin for our son's wedding it worked out as a perfect landing spot to coordinate our events for the weekend. Super friendly hosts and great communicators. Highly recommend!

Great Location

We stayed for three weeks with our dogs- great house and loved the location- wonderful, walkable neighborhood. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs and we enjoyed sitting out with the fire pit.

Great place.

Well maintained and designed with a great floorplan, very comfortable and clean. Very nicely decorated. Great location in Austin for business or pleasure. Our trip was family business trip. I would highly recommend this home.

Clean, spacious, and great outdoor space!

We stayed in the house during our wedding weekend. We wanted something that would be comfortable, clean, and relaxing. This property offered all of that! We were very pleased with our stay.

Great for us and our four-legged family

We had a great experience staying at the Brentwood house. The house is very new with comfortable, homey furnishings and a fantastic fenced in yard for our fur babies. Communication with Thea was easy and her replies were very fast. The central location makes is very easy to get to central Austin restaurants and breweries. Walking to Bird Bird Biscuit was a trear. Great house to rent!

Good

Modern, clean, quiet and convenient, with good Wi-Fi. Change’s needed..One of the bedrooms has a fold up couch as a bed. Not very comfortable. Needs a washer/dryer and you will need to bring a Roku, passwords or other to get good tv access.

Convenient, comfy, and pet friendly

Visited Austin for leisure for nearly a week with the family including a toddler and small pup. Picked this very convenient location as it was central to our family plans. Place was clean and ready. Easy check-in and check-out. Smart locks for door access. Garage was small but big enough to fit our compact SUV car rental (can only enter one from one side). Garage clicker made it super easy to get in and out. Very dog friendly. Had a fully fenced front and back yard separated by a gate along the side of the building. Hard floors throughout. No carpet. Never met the owner/manager but easy contact and responsive via VRBO messaging. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!

House was clean and looked just like the pics! Neighborhood felt safe and quiet and was close to many places. Only downside is one of the beds is a futon so not the most comfortable, but otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Another great stay.

My wife and I with our adult younger son spent the weekend in Austin celebrating our oldest son engagement party. This is the second time we stayed at this property and everything was great. Nice, new and well maintained home. We really enjoyed! We hope to be able to return on our next trip to Austin.
