Det härliga Sunset Captiva # 51 fritidshuset ligger i det privata, tysta samhället "Sunset Captiva" mittemot poolen och strandpromenaden. Samhället är centralt beläget på mer än 6 miles av den spektakulära stranden vid Mexikanska golfen. Det finns en pool, docka, två tennisbanor och ett rekreationsområde komplett med gasgrillar och picknickbord. Det är också bekvämt nära The Village och det finaste inom restauranger, shopping och rekreation. Detta är en plats som är bra att gå och utforska.

Good rental company

Highly recommend 51 Sunset Captiva!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our stay at 51 Sunset Captiva. Property was clean and very comfortable, located within close walking distance to the beach and several restaurants in the heart of Captiva Island. Our only complaint would be the clothes washing machine - it is extremely loud when doing laundry and not located in an area where a door can be shut to minimize the noise.

Sunset captiva

Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and had a lot of room..the kitchen was very well equipped..the washer had a few issues and very loud but we managed for the two weeks..the tv was different when there is no cable for people that are not used to using the other options it’s rough we had local channels and found a couple of programs too watch, but would have liked the option of more....the pool was awesome!!!! We were there every day cause we’re not beach people.. the grills were very nice we did use them.. the house was clean, I did a few things but that’s just me!!! Very impressed with all the work that has been done and being worked on..glad too see the great progress!!

They had beach toys for children, booster seat, pack and play, stool for little ones, fans on screened in deck, w/d, so much more. Only complaint was the bed in the room, without the bunk, was very uncomfortable. This has been written up in previous reviews. Otherwise, perfect.

Captiva - location, location, location!

Sunset Captiva is incredible - great pool, easy beach access and so close to the heart of Captiva, Andy Rosse Lane. Will not stay at 51 Oster Ct. again - we’ll appointed but master bedroom had tiny, rock hard Queen bed. King bed people!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With George out the experience at Sunset Captiva was a little different. Overall we had a good stay but when we did need anything from the Mgmt company and asked or reported issues, it all depends what staff member you get as to how that experience goes. Most the interactions were positive but one in particular was not.
