House was very clean and property was just as described. Host was very responsive to all concerns during our stay. There was a detailed instruction manual on how to use all of the outdoor amenities.

What an amazing property and host! The house was phenomenal and my family had the best time. From the outdoor haven to the multiple inside rooms to the location itself this was the perfect property. Tim was also a great host. Super informative and responsive. Would highly recommend this listing to anyone staying in the area.

Overall, we had a great time staying at the property. They basically had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the pool area and the hot tub. Unfortunately, the storms kept us from using the outdoor kitchen, which we were really excited to use because it looked really nice. The living room area and the outdoor sitting area was great for hanging out and relaxing. It was a pretty quiet area to be in and had a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. It’s a good property for a large group.

Thanks for your comments Charity and your stay. I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. However, given your rating of 4 stars, I assume there was more you felt we could have done to make your stay perfect. Obviously, I can’t control the weather so it would be very helpful to let a host know if there is something they can improve.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The outdoor amenities are incredible! The host was very accommodating, quick with communication responses, and all around pleasant to deal with. The outdoor fireplace and tiki torches made the evening’s very festive. We did not have a chance to use the outdoor kitchen, unfortunately, but it was very enticing. The patio was a wonderful addition which we enjoyed immensely. The mattresses are very comfortable, which is often a challenge at rentals. I can certainly see us staying here again, thank you, Tim!

What a beautiful property. We had a fantastic stay here. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The outside cooking area was easy to use. Tim was available if we needed anything, but we were all set. I didn't time it, but you are probably 20 min from the beach at the most. Its a short trip. Also, 1 hour and 10 min from Orlando if you are going to Disney or Universal Studios. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the much needed relaxation

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host communicates great. The house is incredible. The amenities could not have been better. Pool and spa are excellent. Outdoor kitchen is spectacular. We grilled multiple nights. Tiki torches outside are ran on gas from the house, super easy to use. All the amenities are very user friendly. Location is close to a lot of things you need. We could not recommend this house anymore
