Denna bottenvåningsenhet är en av de "stugorna" som ligger i utkanten av North Coast Village. Dess öppna planlösning uppnåddes genom en ombyggnad "ner till dubbarna". Väggar togs bort, nya fönster, dörrar och ny gips installerades. Det öppna konceptet kök och vardagsrum speglar modernt boende. Som du kanske märker på fotografierna, inkluderar dess funktioner stengolv i alla rum, specialbyggda körsbärsträskåp, bänkskivor i granit, stänkskydd i sten, plantage-fönsterluckor, kronformning och infälld belysning. Det stora sovrummet har en sovnummer King madrass, anpassad garderob och Tommy Bahama möbler. I vardagsrummet hittar du en high end drottning bäddsoffa och en solid granit spis spis. Det öppna köket har långsamma skåpdörrar och lådor, avancerade apparater och inga "miss matchade" tallrikar, glasartiklar eller bestick. Koppla av på teakmöbler på den överdimensionerade uteplatsen när du tittar på joggar och folk på strandkryssare passerar. Eftersom denna lägenhet ligger i utkanten av North Coast Village, finns det inget behov av att gå igenom komplexet. Du är en 60 ANDRA GÅNG till stränderna i Stilla havet. Ett rostfritt stål säkerhetsdörr med 3-punkts låsningssystem lades till uteplatsreglaget i september 2019. Skärmen kan inte klippas, lyftas eller böjas av. Man kan koppla av eller sova med de svala vindarna i Stilla havet. Poolen och gymmet ligger 3 minuters promenad. Den tilldelade parkeringsplatsen är under marken och bekvämt belägen. North Coast Village är inte utrustade med luftkonditionering.

Lovely Family Reunion

I’ve been staying at North Coast Village for over 2 decades and I think this is my favorite condo. I’m a chef, and the kitchen here I spacious, open, and perfect for my family to come dine nightly. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, sharp knives, large fridge (with plenty of ice!). Pros: Private bathroom, comfy bed, beach chairs, patio table, great stereo, such a close walk to the beach, great comms with owner, nice warm lighting, parking close to door for easy load in/out, couch bed, and everything aboveCons: being on the corner is a bit noisy ( keep windows shut ), back door is tricky and easy to get stuck. Will stay here over and over again!

Heavenly Get Away

Lovely condo with everything we’d need! (Would recommend a wagon). It’s so close to the water it’s like 30 sec to be on the sand! Host was super great with info before hand! Will stay here again!

Fabulous!!

The beach condo was lovely, the property was beautifully landscaped, and we were just a short walk from Harbor Village. We’ll definitely be coming back to this facility and this casita. It was an awesome perk to have a safe and secure ground floor unit that was just steps from the beach.

Christmas week

We have rented 8 different units in NCV over the past 15 years. This is our favorite. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The unit is nicely decorated, LR has comfortable seating and the bed is very comfortable. Just a couple things to be aware of. The unit backs onto a road which creates some noise. This was not a problem for us since it was late December and we kept the windows shut. Secondly, it has a bathtub/shower which may be a challenge for elderly or those with mobility difficulties. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to come back.

California Dreamin ...of an Air conditioner

This Condo is needed an AC unit at the least in the bedroom, small fan in the closet helps some. Be aware no air and no breeze from the ocean on this lower level. The upper levels by the sea may be better. I would not rent from NCV because we were uncomfortable from the heat with no ac and the bed. It is a great location and soft pillows, beautifully decorated. I loved the grounds waterfalls and greenery but wasn't worth the misery of the heat daily and nightly. Wintertime would be a good time to rent it if you're ok with a firm mattress. It has everything you need outside of fans and AC and a good bed.... I did love my little bible book in the drawer it made it worth it.

Best locale and peaceful place!

Loved our stay❤️ Such a terrific locale and so convenient to the strand/pier, beach, harbor & downtown Oceanside! Street access to patio a HUGE benefit in itself for loading and unloading WITH NO STAIRS. Accommodations were higher caliber of comfort for sure! Home was beautifully decorated & upsgraded, had everything our hearts desired with Kitchen/bath supplies & beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys & boogieboards. Shower had strong water pressure which is a big plus after a long day on the beach... big comfy bed (super plush) with nicer linens. Complex of North Coast village is so pristine it feels like you are in Hawaii!! The cottage was VERY clean and had all the best comforts of home especially the kitchenware for cooking in. Enjoyed sitting with coffee on the patio with wonderful ocean view. Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely be booking this place again. Good communication with owner Jim who was attentive on following up with any needs & quick to respond. Thanks Jim, we’ll see ya next September if you’ll have us again😀 Becca & Bob Adams from AZ

We've been staying at North Coast village annually, sometimes twice a year, since 2017. This is by far the nicest condo that we have stayed in. Well stocked, very clean, nice linens on bed, no musty smell like some of the units. So close to beach and so easy to get to you beach. It's also nice that you can unload on the street and bring things in via the back patio rather than lugging it around the building. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I wanted to relax by the beach for our vacation in Oceanside and Jim‘s place was a perfect place to just that. . Restaurants all around and the unit was clean and inviting. Jim was an amazing host and checked on us after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We plan to return next summer!

Close to the beach

The space was clean and comfortable. Love that this unit has been remodeled and the kitchen is great (some kitchens are so tight and small in this community). Bed was comfy. Loved that we were able to just use the back door and walk everywhere. So close to the beach for lots of random beach walks. The only problem was the plumbing - the toilet kept running and the pipes made loud noises. I let the owner know and he communicated with me. Hopefully they get it fixed for many future visits.

Excellent accommodations

Love the accommodations, I would definitely stay again. The host was thoughtful in the design & decor. They left no stone unturned. Location is perfect to everything I needed. I highly recommend this location.
