Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the unbeatable beachfront location, peaceful surroundings, and convenient elevator access. We’re sorry the condo remained uncomfortable during the heat wave despite the provided fans. When you raised the carpet concern, we offered to have it professionally cleaned; however, this would have required the condo to remain vacant for several hours while the carpet was cleaned and dried. Since that was not convenient during your stay, our team spot-cleaned the areas of concern instead. We have also shared your comments regarding the low toilet and desired updates with the owner for consideration. Kindly, MakeMyVacation Team
