Med ett utmärkt läge ligger längs en obäddad körfält, mittemot den lugna orörda Pebble Beach, som leder till Pagham naturreservat där många fåglar, vilda djur och växter kan ses. En perfekt bas för att njuta av en semester vid havet, var detta ovanliga fristående fastighet som tidigare två järnvägsvagnar och många av de ursprungliga funktioner är fortfarande på plats, inklusive de tunga vagnsdörrar, fönster och välvda tak. Semestern Fastigheten har en egen privat inhägnad trädgården; externa steg leder till entrén och stor inglasad balkong terrass där uteservering kan avnjutas med utsikt över fantastisk panoramautsikt över havet. Selsey har ett bra utbud av butiker, pubar och restauranger, nyfångad fisk av dagen och fritidsanläggningar. Chichester ligger cirka 15-20 minuters bilresa med sina vackra katedralen, festival teater, kullerstensgator och Goodwood Races. South Downs och West Wittering beach är också inom räckhåll. Den historiska marina Portsmouth med Spinnaker Tower, designer shopping, exklusiva restauranger och dagsturer till Isle of Wight är inom bekvämt bilavstånd. Family break

Lovely quirky property. Very novel to see the old train carriages. The sea views were gorgeous and the beach garden was lovely to sit in, looking out to sea. The area was very peaceful and relaxing break.

Short relaxing stay by beach

Myself, 4 kids ages 9-23, 2 dogs! A fantastic few days away! The house is well equipped, clean and cozy! A very homely feel, love the layout and my 8 yr daughter loved the quirky little bunk bed in the small kids room!! That was a bonus :) plenty to do nearby, but loved just stepping out onto the beach, and sitting on balcony watching/listening to the sea 💕 we would def be back here next time we need a few days away! Thank you soo much xx

Perfect Easter

We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home.

Fantastic location and gorgeous property

This property is amazing, its full of character and very very cosy. The location is ideal, right in the beach, walking distance to fish and chips, short drive to Asda. Flora is especially lovely and always made sure we were ok and comfortable. We highly recommend this place, we will be back very soon. Thank you

Amazing find!

An amazing property. Really quirky with the accommodation built around 2 train carriages. Kitted out so you could stay there for ever! Kitchen equipment wise, everything you can think off. Really spacious and warm. Perfect location, just 20 steps from the property, and you are on the beach. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and we will be back for sure.

wonderful week

it is a lovely property in a superb location. We were extremely lucky with the weather. Only problem we had was the steps at the front - as 2 80 year olds it was a difficult job getting up the steps. especially with any baggage. Luckily our son stayed initial weekend to settle us in and returned to carry everything out. t would be a help to older people if there was a right hand rail, and perhaps rubber strips on the steps. but overall a lovely week

I want a sea view every morning when I draw back my bedroom curtains

Very well equipped and clean. Plenty of towels and toilet roll despite just being two of us staying. Comfortable bed. Very peaceful and quiet location and lots of walks straight out the front door onto the beach. Thank you for making my Husbands 64th Birthday treat so fabulous and for the wine and nice crisps!

A gem of a property on a gem of a coast

We were delighted with the layout and the welcome of this charming property. It was very well equipped and all instrucuions ( except those for the TV!!! which we foun diffcult to operate) were easy tp understand accurate. the location was supoerb with fine views, and a delightful private forshore. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside eating space.

Sadly, we only stayed for 2 hours rather than the intended 3 nights. The only way into the property is via a flight of seven open tread wooden steps. This may not be an issue for many but while we managed them with care (it was raining and getting dark) neither of our dogs, who are normally quite athletic, wanted to climb them. We had to carry them up but they wouldn’t settle in the house and had to be carried down again to the garden. In fairness, we gather from the owner that nobody has mentioned the steps as an issue previously, but for us they ended our visit.

considerations to the owner to note.

a lovely quirky property, with excellent sea views. A fab location. The property could definitely do with an upgrade. We were hugely disappointing with the shower - which should come with a warning label. It ran cold and then VERY HOT, all the time, to the point where it can burn you - this is a health and safety issue. For the amount that you pay for this property, its a shame the owner cannot sort out the shower. A rubber mat would also have been helpful, so you don't slip in the shower. The toilet is also quite grim. It wouldn't cost a lot to sort this. the owner should seriously change this.

Schöner Urlaub am Meer

Wir haben wunderbare Tage am Meer in Selsey genossen. Unsere Vermieterin war immer erreichbar. Das Objekt ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick über das Meer ist unbezahlbar.
