Minnen görs vid Lake Hartwell. Kom och njut av vÄrt hem pÄ en lugn vik i Gumlog-gemenskapen bara 10 minuter bort frÄn I-85 @ avfart 173 i GA. VÄrt fullt möblerade 3 sovrum / 2 badrum hem 8 sovplatser och har ett stort dÀck som strÀcker sig över hela hemmet, med utsikt över sjön. Det finns gott om utrymme för grillning pÄ gasgrillen, koppla av och njuta av familj och vÀnner. Det finns en mild sluttande gÄrd för utomhuslekar med en slingrande vandringsled till den tÀckta bryggan, vilket leder till timmar med sjöaktiviteter. Uppfarten erbjuder gott om parkering.

VÄr brygga rymmer din bÄt och Franklin County Boat ramp Àr bara 1 mil bort.
Harbour Light Marina ligger bara 7 km bort dÀr du kan hyra bÄt. I nÀrheten ligger de pittoreska stÀderna i historiska Lavonia och Hartwell, dÀr du hittar en mÀngd olika affÀrer och restauranger.

Andra aktiviteter i nÀrheten inkluderar Tugaloo State Park, bara 9 minuters bilresa eller en kort paddel över viken. Lake Hartwell State Park ligger tvÀrs över SC state line och en 17 min resa.

Tallulah Falls och North GA vandringsleder ligger inom en timmes bilresa frÄn vÄrt hem.

Vi Àr bara cirka 30 minuter frÄn shopping pÄ Tangier Outlet Mall (söderut) eller Anderson, SC (norr), och 1 timme frÄn den upp och kommande staden Greenville dÀr det finns mÄnga fantastiska restauranger och butiker.

Men bÀst av allt, om du kommer till omrÄdet för en Clemson-fotbollsmatch, examen eller förÀldershelg, skulle detta vara ett bra stÀlle att sÀtta upp dina fötter. Vi har en stor TV i huvudrummet med tillgÄng till vÄr YouTube TV-streamingtjÀnst, liksom befÀlhavaren, för att titta pÄ spelen. Det Àr 34 km till Clemson om du Àr pÄ vÀg till campus.

Absolutely loved everything about this home! Weather was not perfect, but with the back deck and screened in porch, it was still very enjoyable. caught some fish and watched wildlife from back deck.

April Fishing Trip

Great location to both lake Hartwell and Toccoa. House is in very nice secure neighborhood. Marty and David are great hosts and Ken helped out with the property.

Annual family lake weekend

We really enjoyed the lake house! The cove was quiet with friendly neighbors. Nice .5 mile loop for walks/runs. We had great communication with the owners from start to finish!

The location was great! We live way out in the middle of nowhere and being close to town, but still felt like having some privacy was so very nice! The house was perfect! It felt like home and was clean. Checkout was very easy and everything for us was a positive.

All the Stars

If I could give more than 5 stars, I surely would. Cozy, warm and inviting. We fished, enjoyed the cool evenings in front of the wood burning fireplace and just enjoyed the beauty that surrounded us. We were greeted by 5 deer the morning we arrived. Marty and David are amazing souls and we are so grateful they shared this little piece of heaven with us. Again, all the stars.

The house was very comfortable, clean and well-equiped with cooking utensils, etc. The walk to the lake was a bit of a trek for an 80 year old with a bad leg, but not bad. The walkway was clean and make the slope manageable. The dock was very nice! Loved the swing and seating on the dock. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely, comfortable, and very clean home with a well-stocked kitchen. A great spot for some much-needed R&R. The swing on the dock was my favorite place to relax at sunset. The fishing off the dock was just okay, but we didn’t come for that — we came to disconnect, and this place was perfect for it. Thank you Marty, David & Ted.

Great house in a great neighborhood with a wonderful dock in a beautiful cove on lake hartwell.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, has a very nice covered dock with swim ladder, on a peaceful cove.The communication with the owners was good. The property manager was very nice, and lives in the neighborhood, if you have any questions.Great experience!

Fishing

I selected this property after discovering it on a previous trip in the same area. The primary purpose was for me and my brothers to relax and do some fishing. The property and location was perfect and met our goals for the trip. Just a couple of observations...lighting was dim above the kitchen table and in the kitchen...bulb replacements needed along with cleaning the fixture above the table. A coffee pot and coffee was available, however, no filters for the coffee maker were found...not an issue...paper towel worked fine, however a Keurig would be optimal as we had brought our own coffee pods. Would definitely stay again.
