Hudson summer vacation

Had a great stay, place is very comfortable, roomy, and quiet. Family enjoyed alot of time on the water, quick access to the gulf. Fishing off the dock, dolphins in the canal, and great scalloping.

Beverly canal home

Loved the location and the home. Seen dolphins, a manatee & bald eagle. The family room was great, felt like we were on a boat due to being so close to the water. David our host was great! We will be coming back!

March in Florida

I loved the house and the location! The outside waterfront area was ideal for spending time getting the fresh air, however there was not much in the way of patio furniture. All the beds were comfy. There were a few household essentials that were badly in need of updating. The neighborhood is friendly and super safe for walking!

Location, Location, Location

Very relaxing and amazing location for boat lovers and fishing. Weather didnt cooperate with us but we still enjoyed very much. Owners were the very best with any questions or needs. I give a 5 star rating accross the board. We were 3 couples sharing rental. Sure you could pick out a little flaws/things here and there if you want to that could be updated but so very comfortable that you feel at home from the moment you walk in and not afraid to just enjoy. No crazy expectations at check out like having all sheets washed ect before 11am like some we have rented. All they asked is trash take out and dishes washed! What i like the most.. very simple but nice decor and not over done. When you go to leave you could look across room and see if you left anything very easily. We have been in rentals where so much decor .. you have to really look for your things or constantly watching to make sure you don't move or something will break. This is all about location and boating. Everything you need within a couple miles. Not boat? There is a marina with rentals right near and nice pier 20 minutes away. Walmart, restuarants ect right near. Would highly recommend for comfortable, relaxing time. This rental was just to easy all the way arround.

A great vacation on the water

We had a blast fishing from the dock. We even caught some nice fish!! The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. Shopping was very convenient. The owner of the property was responsive and easy to work with. Overall it was a great stay and we will return.

Yearly Scallop Trip

We've been doing yearly family scallop trips from Steinhatchee to New Port Richey for 20 plus years. The Sea Ranch home has quick access to the Hudson channel. The floating dock was in good condition and fit my 21' Tidewater. Back yard fully fenced which was what I was looking for to keep the younger grandkids safe. Home was as advertised. No issues with communicating with owner. Owner replied back quickly to text and even reached out to me about a potential issue. We had great stay and would recommend to boaters, fishermen or scallopers.

Beautiful Property

This was amazing. It was so quiet here. It has everything you need. Your home away from home. I love the open floor plan, hanging two bathrooms with our flock. To walk about back & see the manatees, the view is breathtaking at night. You can sit on the couch & just relax looking out into the water. It’s tight along the strip - many businesses along it for whatever you may need, a gas station at the end of the road. Most convenient. The owner is amazing. Very communicative, responds quickly, very nice. This was a wonderful property & we were so happy to find it for our vacation.

Relaxing stay

Nice property on the water. Went out there for family emergency and wanted to stay at a comfortable place for the family. Owner responded quick and was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Great location and deep water channel for your boat.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book there again. We were able to launch or 32ft cc boat at Hudson and simply motor over to the home’s personal floating dock where we just kept tied up when we weren’t out slaying the fish👍 There was enough room in the driveway for the trailer and 2 vehicles. The house was clean and lots of room for the entire family.

We have come to Hudson for many years. This is the nicest place we have stayed. Everything was of high quality. The Beds were great which has not common at other places.

GREAT LAYOUT

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a great layout both inside and out. You are directly on the canal. In a neighborhood where you can take nice walks or use the bicycles that are provided. Very close to great restaurants.

Scallop weekend

We took our boat and ran north to find scallops, the property was perfect for the boat and all of us to have plenty of room. Enjoyed the neighborhood fireworks!

Stunningly beautiful home - and amazing view!!

We have come to Hudson 4 different times over the last few years. This house is clean and spacious with plenty of room. It was my husband and I, plus our son & a friend of his. Fishing is my son's & his friends favorite thing to do. The weather was perfect, sunny and breezy on the water and we thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and dock for fishing. Nice large TV for movie night and the boys enjoyed video games as well. We keep coming back to the area because it's so relaxing & chill. We enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream shop right around the corner near Hudson Beach. Grocery stores nearby and we cooked a few nights as well. Thank you for sharing your home!

More research next time!

This was a really nice property, but the location was out of this world! We didn't realize that we were right at the end of the channel! It was beautiful and SUPER ACCESSIBLE! We were able to rent a pontoon and pull it right up to the house! The local area had everything we could imagine to do. In retrospect, I wish I rented the boat for the entire stay. There was no reason to leave the area. Next time we won't leave Hudson!!!!! We loved the open floor plan of the house. The owners were really responsive. We had a blast. Next time we come to Hudson, we will get the same house. We enjoyed the kayaks, the bikes, and the aluminum bottom. We used the grill too! We really enjoyed everything about this place.

A Wonderful Month in the Hudson Area

Loved the area and the home. Enjoyed the easy access to the dock and watching dolphins, fish, and birds in the canal. Easy access to Hwy 19 and lots of very good restaurants. The host, Alan, was great to work with!

Most modern, up-dated house ever!!

Been using VRBO for the past seven years and this house was the cleanest, up-to-date, modern house. Others were all clean and nice, but mostly dated. Also the owner furnished more supplies than any of them (TP, paper towels, soap) although I bought my own, but was great to have the first day. Would definately come back.

wonderful stay

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home on the canal. It was very clean, comfortable and bright, with a great open concept. We especially enjoyed viewing all the wildlife on the canal, with sightings of dolphins, ducks, pelicans and ospreys. We had a wonderful time. Definitely a five star stay.
