Helt nytt specialbyggt hem precis färdig i början av december 2019. Boka under vår första hyresäsong för rabatterade priser!

Byggt i slutet av 2019 och höjdpunkterna i detta nya familjevänliga hem med 11 gäster inkluderar en hiss, 2 sovrum med sovrum, flera verandor och vackert inredda vardagsrum.

Bostadsområde
Njut av att titta på filmer på en regnig dag på den 55 "plattskärms-TV som ligger i huvudområdet. Separat sittplats på huvudbostaden vid öppen spis för orsakssamtal eller för att njuta av en eftermiddagscocktail. Kök och vardagsrum är öppna för varandra och skapar en inbjudande atmosfär för underhållande måltider och familjen. Köket är utrustat med en komplett svit med apparater (inklusive franska dörrkylskåp med vatten / isalternativ utanför, och separat dryckskylskåp) och en stor granitö med plats för fyra. Ytterligare sittplatser för 6 ligger vid matbordet. Dessutom ligger på bottenvåningen ett halvt badrum och ytterligare 2: a sovrummet och badrummet.

Sovrum och badkar
Nedervåningen har ett stort "lerrum" utrymme med kappkrokar, bänk och område för att kasta flip flops. Nedre våningen finns också 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Ett sovrum (King) med klädkammare och 2 mindre sovrum (4 våningssängar i en och en queen size-säng belägen i den andra) med jack och jill anslutande badrum. Tvättutrymme finns också nedervåningen. Utedusch finns också på markplan. På övervåningen finns ett andra sovrum (drottning och tvåbäddsrum) och anslutande badrum.

Gratis höghastighetsinternet och TV, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, pack-n-play, barnstol, strandstolar och leksaker finns. En hiss erbjuder bekväm tillgång till alla våningar. Säker, anpassad kod ger nyckellös post under din vistelse.

Parkering finns för fyra fordon i en carport och 2 i uppfarten.

Plats:
Ligger tvärs över till stranden. Tillträde syns från huset och bara en kort promenad bort. Njut av havsutsikt direkt från någon av de två bakre verandorna och utsikten över marsh / intercoastal från verandan!

Clean and great location

Our stay at Taylor’s Tide was very relaxing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great location with a short walk to the beach and a great view from the balcony. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing vacation spot

We have stayed at Taylors Tide for a few years now and have greatly enjoyed each stay. This is a highly recommend property to stay at while visiting Ocean Isle. The location is perfect with great ocean views and a short walk to the beach. The house is very spacious and always very clean. The owners are great to work with and respond to any questions quickly. I have only had wonderful experiences while staying at this property.

Wonderful to work with.

The owners were great to work with. They answer all the many questions I had even some when we were at the house. The house has a nice location to the beach. As well the house had plenty of room for the family to gather together.

Fun times at the Beach!

Enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s Tide! Family of 10 (ages 2-71) with lots of space to hang out. First time for our group to experience 4th of July at the beach with a parade and fireworks on the beach. That’s the way to celebrate! Thanks for sharing your beach house!

Awesome family vacation

The house was perfect. Very well maintained and very comfortable. Close to the beach. We loved Ocean Isle Beach. Such a quaint area. We took our bikes and never got in the car. I cannot say enough about the owners quick response when we had a question.

Just beautiful

The owners really did think of everything. Such a wonderful house. Quick walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable (which normally is an issue when traveling for us!) I highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it! Our kids can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic OIB Property

This is the second year staying at Taylor's Tide. It's an amazing beach property with a fantastic location. The property is well decorated and extremely clean. It's just a short walk to the closest beach access. Elevator access makes things a lot easier for packing/unpacking. The owners are fantastic at communicating and ensuring a pleasant stay during your time on vacation. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing place to stay while at Ocean Isle.

Great overall value and experience!

My family and I have been coming to Ocean Isle on and off for the past 25 years. This is the best property we’ve stayed at based on the overall value and experience. The posting description was spot on and the owners were responsive which made the process seamless. We appreciated the attention to detail in regards to use of items instructions, technology, etc. You can’t go wrong with this property if you’re looking for an awesome week at the beach!

Home away from home

This is our second year staying at Taylors tide! We had 7 adult females and 3 young children. The bedrooms are perfect for the kids and not having to bring a pack-n-play or infant seat is such a great help! Plus they have so many extras such as beach chairs, beach towels and extra toys. Also, the host are great at communication and always pleasant to chat with!! Love The short and easy walk to beach!

Beautiful Home!

We had a family vacation with our 3 children (ages 21, 18, & 16) and 2 of their friends (ages 18 & 17). Taylor's Tide was perfect for this group. Short walk to the beach and the home was the perfect size. Great views from the upper deck and a beautiful sunset view from the back. Lots of spices so we didn't have to worry about that and plenty of cookware/dishes. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back in the future!

Great House and Very Responsive Owner

We had a great week in OIB. Chris and Lauren were very responsive with any questions we had. Their house is new and very convenient to the beach access. Also, even though the house is technically 3rd row, there is not a house blocking the view of the ocean from the back deck. Very pleased!

Great beach stay

This property was the perfect house for our family. The location, the space, the amenities, and the decor made for a great vacation. The house is so convenient to beach access which made it really nice for our family members who can't walk as far. The elevator was a wonderful amenity to have because the stairs were very steep for some of our family members with more mobility issues. The house is well situated for multiple family members, and everything was so clean and nice. The house offered plenty of parking which was good since we had multiple cars. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or stay again.

The Taylor family lives in Cary, NC and both Chris and Lauren are native to North Carolina! Lauren grew up in Charlotte and Chris in Greensboro, both attended Appalachian State University and love the mountains but have always dreamed of owning a beach house. We now have 2 small children who also love the beach!

We have always loved Ocean Isle Beach and stumbled upon this property when it was in the early framing phase in August 2019. The views from both front and back porches completely sold us!
