Njut av familjens mest uppskattade tid tillsammans, semester i vår villa belägen på den exklusiva West End of Ocean Isle Beach. Nära till många golfbanor och OIB Pier som är utmärkt för fiske.

Vår rymliga 1800 kvadratmeter "Blue Dolphin Villa" erbjuder tak på nio meter och sover 12 bekvämt i fyra sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Villan är dekorerad med anpassade draperier och skön strandstemning.

Detta läge erbjuder en vacker strand och tillgång till Islander Resort Beach Club med sin pool vid havet, bubbelpool, Tiki Bar och Isles Restaurant. Njut av lätta aptitretare till fullständiga måltider medan du sitter vid poolen vid havet.

Komfort är en prioritering så varje sovrum är möblerat med toppmadrasser och väl inredda med gott om lagringsutrymme. Master-sviten har en king size-säng, platt-TV och eleganta antika möbler. Det stora badrummet har nyrenoverad duschkabin. Ett andra sovrum, dekorerat i ett palmträdmotiv, har en dubbelsäng, egen mikrovågsugn och TV. Ett tredje sovrum har två fullstora sängar och är vackert inredda i en udda torsktema med vita korgmöbler. Det barnvänliga nautiska fjärde sovrummet erbjuder två uppsättningar våningssängar, en TV-apparat för barnfilmer och DVD-skivor för att hålla barnen väl underhållna.

Det fullt utrustade köket har plats för 12 vuxna. Familjerummet har gott om sittgrupp med soffa, kärleksstol och två svängbara stolar. En väggmonterad 40-tums platt-TV ingår för din avkoppling.

Däck har uteservering med ett specialbyggt picknickbord och två svängande stolar för hängmatta. Utsikten över däcken inkluderar en lagun och västkusten mellan kusten. Däckunderhållning inkluderar ett överflöd av sköldpaddor som simmar i lagunen.

Villan ligger närmast den offentliga gången till stranden och en kort promenad till stranden (mindre än 200 meter). I anslutning till villan finns ett stort öppet område där familjer kan spela volleyboll, fotboll eller andra utomhusspel.

Det finns gott om parkering för upp till 4 bilar.

Villan ligger en kort bilresa mellan Mytrle Beach, SC och historiska Wilmington, NC. Sevärdheter belägna i Myrtle Beach erbjuder en mängd olika aktiviteter som inkluderar: Alabama-teatern, Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach och en utomhusvattenpark. Grear stay despite Tropical storm Debby!

Property was excellent. Very clean and met all of our needs (two grandparents, adult son and 2 grandsons ages 9 and 11). Unfortunately the weather was pretty awful the entire week (Tropical storm "Debby") but we were very fortunate that we were staying just one block from other family and friends so we had a blast. Grandsons had a great time watching the turtles! Thank you Jolene and Jim

Great Vacation at OIB

We had a great vacation this year at OIB. The condo we stayed at was very nice. We were very close to the beach, only a short walk away. Everything at the condo was in good condition and we did not have any issues come up with the property. The owners of the property were very good to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Recharged at the beach

We had a great few days at the beach. Our stay was very comfortable and the condo was great. The unit was very clean with a wonderful layout and great access to the beach. The back deck overlooks a retention pond with a fountain and is so relaxing to sit out there in the morning with coffee. The unit was very well appointed and my interactions with our host were great. Just a great experience all around. We would definitely stay there again.

Hope to come back again

First booked VRBO. Apprehensive, as I didn’t know what to expect. To my delight to find such a great place to stay & the patient & approachable owner with all the questions I had. The process was too easy & kept waiting for ball to drop, which never did. I couldn’t have picked a better place for us to spend our first beach rental. Great time by all. Thank you having us !

Great Property in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jolene was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. We arrived right after a tropical storm passed through and she stayed in communication with me in the days leading up to my stay to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great condo in a great location, would definitely rent again.

5 min walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! This was my first time at ocean isle, The canals out back provided some entertainment with the turtles since we couldn’t see the ocean, it helped to watch the turtles and we even saw an alligator! A little miscommunication caused us to not be able to rent linens or beach gear in time so we had to purchase both but now we have chairs to take in the future! The seat turtle nests were the highlight of our trip for sure! The house was very clean, and a direct walk of about 5 mins to the beach which wasn’t bad! The pool is further, takes about 10-15 and isn’t really ideal to walk down, so that was a bummer but we got to enjoy the beach because the water was so warm!! Overall a very nice trip

Great Layout

Lots of turtles to watch from the balcony. You should see the Museum on second street. If you are playing put-put golf you can park at the pier for free. Our hosts were very nice.

Beautiful condo. Seemed more like a beachy home, which I loved. Well equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Everyone had enough space to do their own thing but family meeting place in lovely kitchen and dining room.

Quick Family Beach Trip

We only had a few days to get away and the Blue Dolphin was perfect. It is a first floor condo and is exactly as described on VRBO. It is just across the street from the beach access which was great for the teens in our group. We saved a little money by bringing our own linens but the tradeoff is you have to make your own beds when you get there. Is it worth it? You'll have to decide for yourself. Jolene was very easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. The only other thing that we found which might be an issue for some is that you are not allowed to have canopies on the beach. You can use umbrellas and the wind-blowing shade things but not tarps or canopies. So just be aware. We had umbrellas so it was not an issue. One of the greatest things for our group was that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. Great location, nice condo, great host to work with, and a very reasonable cost... win-win-win-win situation for our group.

Amazing Condo! Felt like home

Hands down the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The condo was very clean and fully equipped. It has a full size washer and dryer which is amazing when you have five kids. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to all questions we had. It is conveniently located two streets over from the beach on a very quiet street. The fridge was large and had a working ice machine. I can’t say enough about how nice this condo is. Definitely recommend!

Great Beach Vibes

Jolene was such a gracious host and very attentive to our needs. Her place was beautifully decorated with a great beach vibe all throughout the place. It was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed and I may mention that it was spotless when we arrived. The beach access was within walking distance we did not even need to rent a golf cart. Would definitely rent again when my family gets together.

Great location and place

First trip to OIB, and we had a great time. The location was great - steps away from beach entry! The condo was spacious and provided all that we needed. And Jolene was fabulous - my daughter left all her swimsuits in a drawer, and when we texted about it, Jolene quickly found them and offered to ship them. I think Jolene was happier to find them then we were...so sweet! Thank you.

Beautiful beach getaway!

Excellent communication from the owners from start to finish. They provided a document with extensive information: everything we needed to know and more about the unit, what to bring and what to do in the area. We weren’t able to take advantage of it, but the owner even messaged to let us know that the unit was available early the day we were checking in. The condo was beautifully decorated, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the whole family. We opted to rent a golf cart to get to and from the beach and pool, but the distance is walkable. Highly recommend!

Second Visit was as Good as the First

We stayed at this condo four years ago and had a great time and really liked it. We had a little bit bigger group this time but decided to try staying here again. The condo handled our group perfectly. With four large bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone had enough space and privacy. We love the light, the canal views from the deck, the sun that shines in and brightens the place! The proximity to the beach is wonderful and having a membership to the beach club is a real plus because you can walk down there and have lunch and take a swim in the pool. They have good food and yummy drinks. And it was never crowded, even in mid-August. A really nice week in Ocean Isle AGAIN!

Overall our first stay at Ocean Isle was challenging! The property was as described which was good. We did have a few unwelcome critters and there was pretty obvious black mold on one of the bathroom ceilings.

Great villa! Very clean!

The owner was very responsive. What a beautiful villa! The amenities are superb. The villa had everything we needed, large selection of pans for cooking and plenty of storage containers and pitchers. We will definitely stay here again.
