Bo i det unika Art House i WNMU College District! Detta hem är en enkel 15-minuters promenad till centrum av Silver City och är helt ombyggt med ett uppdaterat stugkök och bekväma bostadsområden. Två vackra, välutrustade sovrum är perfekta för par som reser tillsammans eller familjer. En femte person kan rymmas på den stora soffan.

Art House är utrustat med en Roku-TV, perfekt för att lyssna på din favoritmusik eller slå dig in för filmkväll. Vi har sammanställt en guide över fantastiska restauranger, äventyr och evenemang som Silver City har att erbjuda.

Art House är bekvämt beläget på US Highway 180 och utsätts för motorvägsbuller. Beläget på den västra kanten av staden i ett bostadsområde är trafiken minimal på natten. För att minimera eventuella störningar har vi nyligen installerat dubbelfönster för att garantera en trevlig och avkopplande vistelse.

The house is welcoming with wonderful natural light throughout, especially the eastern light in the living room for morning coffee. Beds are very comfortable and outdoor space is private. Like that things are labeled.Guest mgr was wonderful and responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay again.

Silver City Blues Fest

A wonderful little funky house. The art outside and inside the house made for a wonderful few days. Comfortable and convenient to the Blues Fest as well as the rest of town. The four of us all slept well and enjoyed our time there. Hope to reserve for next year.

All we needed, & more.

Enjoyed indoors and outside of this lovely home. Great space, loved the eastern facing brightness in living room for morning coffee time. Cozy beds. Walked to university and downtown.

Neat and rather spacious place to stay in Silver City

This is a great spot with lots of amenities. Great privacy with indoor and outdoor sitting spaces. Plenty of space to sprawl for a small city like Silver. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent Home Away From Home

The house is perfectly located in town near college, close to downtown. Convenient to everything! It's very spacious with room to spread out yet cozy. I literally could go on forever. The place is just perfect!

We liked this location and this cute little house. It was a little noisy by the street during the day, but quieted down at night. We really want to come back.

Playful and Artsy House

This house is in a nice neighborhood close to the college. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The access to downtown was easy. Highly recommend!

Terrific location and comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at the Art House. The location is central to in and out of town activities. The house is both comfortable and well equipped. The house is not accessible, the entry being down several steps with no ramp available. Inside there are several changes of level between rooms. Our group was older and found these changes required extra attention to negotiate safely. Overall, a lovely house and host.

Eclectic

House was nice and clean but hot we arrived. Air Con is a window unit on in the living room and dining room. Bedroom was hot at 104 degrees at Silver. Bedrooms only has fans. Beds and pillows was comfy. I would recommend to replace the tiny,dirty and rusted toaster. Really did not want to use it. Guest pays good hard earned money to see that type of equipment is disappointing especially it only cost $10 and can be used for years to come. Listing stated a short walk to downtown, maybe for younger generations but not to mid sixties and seventies folks. Overall , nice comfy home with good size outdoors.

Great time

We like to get out of Tucson/PHX and see Silver City, especially the art. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown. Four of us had a great time and never got in each other's way over the four day stay. All the amenities were top notch. Parking was a breeze. Beds comfortable. A lot of drivers in SC need a new muffler but that is another story. All in all, great time, great price, very pleased!

Just perfect

The host accurately described the property and it was even more charming and adorable in real life. The inside and out was cute as could be and very well decorated. It was within walking distance from downtown. Very highly recommended for those wishing to explore Silver City.

Silver City is one location that I keep returning to as it still has remnants of true wild west culture, diverse wildlife, and expansive hiking and wilderness space.
