Inredda stuga i Historiska Silver City

Carriage House Cottage ligger inbäddat bakom David Abraham House, en av Silver City främsta historiska hem, som ägs av Jim & Tricia Reynolds. Carriage House byggdes runt 1917 och var faktiskt ursprungligen en vagn hus med tillhörande personalen bodde. Carriage House Cottage byggdes 2000 som en pension stuga och är inredd med maj familj antikviteter och memorabilia. Vissa delar av den ursprungliga transport huset är fortfarande i bevis, både i inlandet och på utsidan av stugan.

Stugan är både mysig och funktionell. Gästerna känna sig riktigt hemma från det ögonblick de går in i stugan. Detta välkomnande semesterhus ligger i ett lugnt och stillsamt område i en historisk del av Silver City.

Stugan har egen uteplats med parkering direkt framför den. Bredvid stugan är en fruktträdgård och väl som en druva berså. För privatlivet den bakre delen av fastigheten är omgiven av en tegelvägg.

Det ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd från historiska centrum Silver City med alla sina unika antikaffärer, konstgallerier, restauranger och butiker.

Excellent vacation rental! Very comfortable, quiet, clean and well equipped. Lovely patio for coffee in the morning. Wish we could have used the hot tub but it was too hot during our stay. The location is ideal - minutes to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun to stay in an old cottage. Very nice remodeling done. Patio area not as private as advertized. Very roomy inside. Close to downtown stores and restaurants.

Cool cottage

My friend and i stayed here to ride our motorcycles around the area. The cottage was clean, neat and the beds were really comfortable. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Would stay here again. Hosts were nice and friendly.

What can you say about a perfect vacation home. This was our first time in a VRBO unit.We were very leary, but pleased. Open the lovely door, keys were there on table. Everything is as exactly as seen in photos and statements. Nothing less, but lots more intangibles such as beautiful flowers, plants & art plus host.

A great relaxing getaway

Quaint but dated

It was a cute house. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub does not have privacy and seclusion. Otherwise it was worth the stay and the price.

My name is Tricia Reynolds and together with my husband Jim and our three children we live in a historic old home in Silver City, NM. This home, the David Abraham House,has been in Jim's family since 1962. I have always had a gift for hospitality and love having people stay and meeting new people. When Carriage House Cottage was no longer needed by my husband's father, we decided to turn it into a vacation rental - and I found my vocation. Having traveled a lot, I am able to relate on many levels with most of our guests. We are friendly and caring to our guests, and go out of our way to make your stay with us a memorable one.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We inherited the home we live in and Carriage House Cottage (formerly a carriage house) came with the property. Having said that, we choose to live in the older, historic part of Silver City because we love the location and would have chosen a property here had \we been in the market.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is quiet and peaceful here and fairly secluded. It is also a convenient distance to where the 'action' is in downtown Silver City. Most guest park their vehicles and walk most places. We enjoy walking in this neighborhood and seeing the older, historic homes that predominate the area.
