Park Point Beach House and Cottage,

Två hus för ett parti kan du njuta av privata tid och tid för familjen, som ligger i Duluth berömda Park Point och en kort promenad ner till stranden från mormors restaurang och Canal Park Lift Bridge är två underbart ombyggda byggnader. Finns som en enda hyra dessa två separata boningar ger avskildhet och utrymme och direkt tillgång till stranden till Lake Superior offentliga fem mil sandstrand med en park i slutet. Stranden är perfekt för promenader, jogging, cykling, swimming-- på sommaren och gå ut med hunden, husdjur rekommenderas!

The Beach House med det är boaserade kök och frukostrummet har två sovrum med queen size sängar och andra våningen vardagsrum. Två nya badrum har strand rock kakel och färgas träpanel med en dusch och ett bubbelbadkar. Det finns en formell matsal kök bar och frukostrum för avslappnad middag.

Stugan är komplett i sig med två sovrum, ett vardagsrum, matplats, pentry och badrum. Ett sovrum har en fullstor säng den andra har våningssängar.

Varvet är rymlig och privat med en gasgrill, en kolgrill och en eldstaden.

Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well.

Love this eclectic house on Park Point

Family Retreat '25

Last 3 minutes felt rudely rushed by cleaner to leave... Cars were 95% packed by 10:57. Over all, beautiful & comfortable inside & out. Highly recommend walking up the back hill to the beach.

Park Point Gathering Spot

Nice place for gathering indoors or outside. Good game playing tables. Close enough to Canal Park to easily walk. Has beach access via trail out the back yard.

Great getaway with my brothers

The location was great...close to a lot of things but not right on top of them. Overall we had a fantastic time and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking was challenging as the driveway is shared with the neighbor and has an electric pole in the middle of it. The road is very busy and we had to park cars on the opposite side...could only fit two in the driveway. It was also loud when we were in the backyard firepit. The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a terrible fish smell that we were finally able to get rid of once we found the source. Someone had put fish in the disposal and never ran it. The yard was nice but overgrown and unkept. Again...overall the stay was great since we stayed busy away from the house, but for what we paid, I would have expected more.

Great place for a big group

The house and cottage were perfect for my hockey team while we were in Duluth for a tournament. Location couldn’t be better and the house and cottage comfortably fit 11 of us!

Stayed during January and still leaving a big thumbs up!

Duluth is cold in January... duh!! This place was cozy for sure. It's location is absolutely the best, but in January we weren't outside much. We came to Duluth for a wedding and had several individual needs and a large group (6 adults and two dogs). This place was perfect and allowed for us all to have our own space. Bill was available for all questions too. Games on-site and that helped to make a fabulous weekend.

Fun and Funky

This was a fun place to stay. Great location with a trail from the house right to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and lots of games for the family. The cottage was liked by the young adult who chose to sleep out there. Not an issue for us but both bathrooms in the house are on the second floor. The cottage has a bathroom that does not require stairs, but you need to go outside to get to the cottage. It is very close to the Lift Bridge area attractions. It was a great place for us, and we enjoyed the eclectic decorating.

bentleyville weekend

We had a fun time going to see the lights at Bentleyville. We enjoyed the home. There were a few items that we thought needed help. First there were too many rugs along the floors. We did pull them up when we were they. We thought that with the age of the adults staying there this would me more of a tripping hazard then anything. Another item that was the rocks in the shower were very slippery. I know that there is not much that can be done for this just maybe put a cute sign up. The last item was more my issue. I didn't see until the end that we could have used the other cottage in the back. We had two people sleep out the day bed in the attic and we could have used the cottage in the back. Overall it was a nice stay and would like to maybe rent again in the summer.

We are a Twin Cities architect and artist who are always thrilled to spend family time in Duluth. The House and Cottage on Park Point is our little place away from home to do that. We have enjoyed remodeling and updating the house and cottage and turning it into a comfortable home with a relaxing livable atmosphere. It's given us the opportunity to do something a little different that we can share with everyone else.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The beach is like nothing else in this part of the country, it's like being at the ocean. The water is warm enough to swim in, you can walk forever, and the infamous MN mosquito's are practically non existent because of the breezes off the lake. It's certainly a bonus to be a 15 minute walk down the beach to Canal Park or a short drive to the North Shore of Lake Superior.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are just a bit unique in that there are two units we rent together. Put the kids in one or even grandma if she prefers to have her own quarters. Sometimes it's just a fight to see who gets the cottage!

And of course the location- beach, Canal Park, Lake Superior, the North Shore, restaurants...!
