Detta storslagna viktorianska hem byggdes 1895 och vackert restaurerades. Hemmet ligger nära Downtown Duluth och bara 3 kvarter från Duluths Lakewalk och 1. 7 miles från Canal Park. På andra våningen finns 5 sovrum, alla med eget badrum. King Suite har ett bifogat sovrum med en bäddsoffa i drottningen. På bottenvåningen finns en stor matsal, salong, bibliotek, biljardrum, musikrum och ett ätkök. Family 4th of July Weekend

My wife and I were able to host all 5 of our adult children and 2 spouses for a family gathering. Awesome house. Massive dining room table seemed to always have someone at it eating or playing games. The billiard room was a big hit as well. We even played a murder mystery game set in a mansion. Excellent host and property was very clean.

Perfect family escape

We enjoyed our stay and spent time out on the front porch just catching up as we sipped our coffee and planed our days. The location is very convenient for heading out to the north shore and when heading down to the downtown area. Good restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. We had an enjoyable stay. The kids loved the house.

Such a great place to stay!

Gina saw to everything and was patient with me when I forgot to fill in some paperwork. Our whole women's hockey team stayed there and all 14 of us give the property and the management a big thumbs up.

Really nice turn of the century home

Our group came up for the Northland Invitational GolfTournament and had a great time at the house. The porch is a wonderful spot to gather and visit after golf and dinner.

Wonderful home

Beautiful, spacious home!

We loved our stay in this beautiful Victorian mansion. It was wonderful to have all 14 of us under one roof and the front porch was our favorite! The owners were very responsive and great to deal with . I highly recommend!!

Beautiful historic home

The owners have gone to great measures to maintain the historic details of the home while while making sure your stay is completely comfortable. We felt right at home for the Holidays with the beautiful tree and decorations throughout the house. The location within Duluth makes it easy to access all that Duluth has to offer! Highly recommend this property and will cherish the wonderful memories of our time there.

We began making regular visits to Duluth years ago and fell in love with the landscape, city and all there is to do here - from hiking, sailing, camping and skiing to simply enjoying the sounds of the waves and ships. Our kids fell in love with Duluth on our many adventures here over the years as well and now attend UMD. We knew that someday we would have to eventually call this place home. While maintaining our current home and this home in Duluth we are finally making it happen.
