Cozy House Close to All

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and private home nestled in the woods and close to all. It has all that we needed to enjoy a peaceful weekend at Woodstock.

Great fall weekend getaway

My two sons (19 and 24) and I really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, has a great vibe and the location is perfect. Really beautiful, serene and secluded property. Especially appreciated the screened porch and the two bathrooms which seemed to be more recently updated. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect, Quiet Getaway

This house sat back in a private wooded area and was great privacy for the teenagers with us. It also was really close to everything in Woodstock which was nice as well. We enjoyed it!

Relaxing getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. The property is cozy and surrounded by woods. We were looking to have a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature and that is exactly what we got. Liza was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again :)

A Very Pleasant House

Peaceful cottage

wonderful house and property. we enjoyed the porch and record player. the yard is also very nice with a fire pit and benches. very peaceful house to relax and enjoy the nature.

A quiet place in the woods!

We stayed at this rustic home over three nights and really enjoyed ourselves! Highlights -- comfy primary bedroom bed, lovely screened in porch and hammock seat, a fully functional kitchen, nice showers. So many different bird songs! Although it is tucked away in the woods, the property has easy access to Woodstock and to main roads that bring you to other areas of the Catskills.

cozy and romantic

It was a short but great experience. Place was comfortable, cozy and really well set location for relaxation. We are from NYC and our short stay felt like a great escape from hell. Hope to visit agsin.

Great stay!

We felt like we were out in the mountains but we're really close to town. Best of both worlds. We had a reunion retreat of 4 friends and it was just right for us. We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time there!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Great Place private

Great place in a nice peaceful area. I came with a few friends place was pretty clean. House has a great deal of small extra for when your cooking or taking a shower, etc that you would forget to pack. Overall great place good price.

Great stay!!

This is a great property! It's close enough to the city but hidden away from main roads so it's very peaceful and quiet. We spend most of our time outside on deck, which is very spacious. Inside the house is very comfortable and has everything you'd need. Definitely recommend.

Weekend Getaway

Had a wonderful time in the cabin with my husband, daughter and our dogs. Liza was responsive and wonderful, allowing us to have a late checkout so we could enjoy Woodstock longer. We will definitely be back!

We purchased this home away from home when our children were little and spent many wonderful weekends away in the woods of Woodstock with out the distractions of day to day responsibilities...as our children grew we had less and less time to getaway - We want to share the same sense of peace and relaxation experienced there with others with the chance to stay in our home where many memories were made!

This is a very special property, conveniently located away from all the noise and traffic. If you want an affordable rental away from it all this is it!

Please Note: There is a 20% uncharge for holiday weekends & a 3 night minimum for long holiday weekends Fri-Mon.

My favorite amenities about this property are it's back deck facing the private backyard and the screened in porch. Both perfect spots to sit and relax. The Master BR is also a PLUS...bright and airy!
