Great Stay!

Tonya & Don's home is so comfortable, and well stocked! I have stayed there before and will again! I can see the upgrades they made from last year, and they were much appreciated! (charging outlets for USB), Music box, and having the Hot Tub set at 102 when we arrived! That was Awesome relief after tennis! Also Plenty of towels, and self care products, should you have forgotten anything. I love the welcome bowl of Chocolates and twizzlers. They put love into their home, and it shows! Large table for cards (sits 8) and every chair is very comfy! Downstairs, has a kitchenette, w/d and pool table along with another living room and 2 bedrooms. HIGHLY Recommend!

Home away from home

Our family of 4 (2 teenage sons) loved everything about this home. Communication with owners Don and Tonya was excellent. We were even able to check in early which was communicated to us through text and was much appreciated. We had nightly pool tournaments and enjoyed the hot tub. Loved mornings on the deck viewing the mountains. Grill and outdoor space were used every day and exceeded our expectations. Within 30 minutes to almost every activity that we did (rafting in Canon City was a little over an hour away). Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Limited nearby trails for biking/running. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. I could go on and on about this home! Bottom line - book this home, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great place

Wonderful property. Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was like being at home. I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this was the best. It is so well stocked for cooking meals for the family. The owners were amazing. Certainly a 5 star experience.

Perfect for a large family

Grandson was attending USAF Academy swim camp. So this was a good location for my daughter and me. The house is located in Cimarron Hills area. The property is more that we needed but great, clear, exceptional home. I would definitely recommend to family visiting Colorado Springs. 4 bedroom 3 bath, large kitchen with eating area. Large living room and plenty of room on lower level.

Our best rental stay yet!

Would give 6 stars if I could! The hosts provided a very clean and well appointed home. It was so well stocked with everything you could ask for. More than enough tableware, glassware, cutlery, towels, pantry essentials, etc. All of high quality. We have stayed in homes where there was not enough of anything to match the head count of the group and had to rely on paper and plastic! Not the case here. To top it off - there is a gorgeous unobstructed view of the mountains. I believe this is a rarity in such a fast growing urban area where many houses look as they are stacked upon one another. Will definitely look to stay here again if traveling with family. Thank you!

Perfect for a family get away

We had 4 generations under one roof. The rooms accommodated all of us and the view from the deck was wonderful for your morning coffee. Any questions were answered immediately! Well stocked kitchen!! Made family meals easy!! Felt like HOME! We would highly recommend this VRBO!!

Our family had a great time at this property. Very well stocked and clean. Great location, fairly quiet and nice green space behind the property helps you feel a little more private. Owners were really helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we texted.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed home

We had a wonderful stay in this home that has it all! Major perks were the pool table, hot tub, fenced yard for our dog, comfy recliners, and all the little extras that you normally don't find in a Vrbo rental, like plenty of trash bags, plastic baggies, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, stain spray, cooking oil, spices, plus every kitchen appliance we could need! This made preparing meals for our group of 6 adults and teens a breeze! The beds were comfy and the house arrangement was perfect so we could all spread out and find areas to relax. The house was conveniently situated to supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and nice for walking the dog. During our stay, we visited Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Palmer Lake, the Olympic & Paraolympic Museum, and more. We will definitely consider this great rental on our next visit to the area! Thank you for the lovely accommodations and hospitality!

Beautiful Colorado Springs home

Wonderful place for my wife, son & his family (6 of us)to make our home base to see the sites in Colorado Springs & surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable, having a living room/kitchen downstairs was an added plus! The deck & downstairs patio with hot tub was sooo nice, along with a nice view. Loved our stay, owners supplied kitchen supplies which was very nice. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Home!

We absolutely loved this home! This home is beautiful, extremely clean, full of everything needed, with kind neighbors and a wonderful host. We loved the backyard with view of the mountains. We really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is and about how pleasant of an experience we had. Our son graduated from the USAFA and the location worked out really nice for us to travel back and forth. We would love to come back! Thank you!

Great stay, fantastic property and location

We visit family in Colorado Springs a couple of times a year and had always stayed in hotels. The property looked perfect online, and did not disappoint. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had some family over for dinner and we had plenty of room for everybody. Location is great, very quiet but close to stores and restaurants. We will stay here again.

BEST STAY EVER

Best vrbo stays we have ever had. Beautiful home, stocked to the max. It snowed one morning and when we got up to make coffee someone already shoveled the drive, porch and walkway! This house was more than we needed as we only used the first floor. Lower level did have a pool table we enjoyed but also, tv, fireplace, 2 more large bedrooms and bath, kichen. Could have easily had another family stay with plenty of room. Only need your personal items the rest is waiting for you! Most definitely will book this place again when when visit the area

A week with family

Seven family members and I had a fantastic time here. The rooms were super comfy, the kitchen well equipped with with enough gear and space for everybody plus dinner guests. This place has a lovely view of the mountains out the back windows, plus great seating out on the back balcony or patio. It was just right for us.

Have stayed at many Vrbos and this one is by far the best. It cones qith everything you need, the owners ate amazing and the location perfect.

VERY clean and SUPER spacious

Tonya was very easy and kind to work with. She allowed us into the home a few hours early due to our situation. The home was very clean and cozy and comfortable. We are a family of 7 and this house was so spacious. Yard was fenced in which felt safer. Hot tub was well kept . Loved that deck furniture, grills, fireplaces, and propane heaters. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, and utensils. Plenty of towels. Toys for children. Games for all ages. This home get a 10 outta 10. Hands down happy and would definitely refer this home.
