Amazing place! Super comfortable and stress-free with such an easy checkout (just had to run the dishwasher). The host even left snacks, which was a sweet touch. Would love to stay again if we’re back in the area!

The property was just as listed in the discerption and my wife and I were comfortable. It is pet friendly and does have a hot tub in the back yard that is private. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do while staying there, so that is a plus. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again.

Excellent stay. The house was exactly as listed. Our family loved the game room. The kitchen was well stocked and we did a lot of cooking. The hot tub and yard were relaxing. Beds, pillows, towels were super soft and clean.

I've stayed here several times and it's always fantastic. The square footage and quality of the space is fantastic for the price. We hosted our corporate retreat here and everyone loved outdoor space, hot tub and game room. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciate the low check out requirements. It's what vacation rentals were like back in the day. We will be back!

The house was clean and well stocked. Just the right amount of rooms, beds and bathrooms for our lager group. We got great use out of the Wii, billiards table, back yard and hot tub. Great location for seeing all the sites. The host was very accommodating and provided lots of information.

This was hands down the BEST stay we have had!It was very clean. The home was well thought out for travelers! Literally you could pack your clothing and go. Just a few of the thoughtful things: Extra pillows blankets linens, single use toiletries in every bathroom, juice, milk, snacks, area guides, baby gear, games. It was apparent that the hosts put thought into their home! Thanks so much!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time. The house was spacious, with a great layout. Our host were easy to work with and when the Keurig stopped working, they quickly brought in another one to make sure we had our morning coffee. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

So much room in this property. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a nice hot tub area. We enjoyed the extra living spaces and the Wii games. Great location.

This property was just what we were hoping for! It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and more! The property owner left us milk, juice, and snacks for all of us! There were plenty of towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap stocked! There’s a Laundry room with all the essentials as well! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub each night, and I was able to cook in a fully stocked (for cooking) kitchen! They even had spices and condiments available! Chad was very communicative and kind as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a large family!

We were in C springs for a wedding. My husband, 3 adult kids and I had plenty of room in this well laid out home. The different living areas gave everyone their own space and privacy. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax and we ate every meal on the lovely patio! Highly Recommend!!

Cozy House

Our stay was great! The house is clean and maintained. You walk in the door and all the emergency numbers ate right there. There was an i formation book on the counter. Snacks on the counter and milk and juice in the fridge. Beds were comfortable. The hottub was amazing. We also used the grill. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. We highly recommend The Cozy House!

Family vacation with adult children and small granchildren. Vist the Colorado Springs sites

This property was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The hot tub was wonderful and the many games provided kept everyone happy. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our breakfast before heading out for the day or just grab the snack Chad provided. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate! We would stay there again.
