Detta BRAND NYA moderna men mysiga specialbyggda bondgård slutförde byggandet i år. Detta fantastiska moderna bondgård integreras perfekt med skönheten i Sterling Valley. Hemmet är omgivet av Sterling Brook och har utformats för att föra utsidan in. De lugna ljuden från den kaskade floden lugnar själen. Det är som att ha en nationalskog i din trädgård!

Syftet med hemmet är att vara en tillflyktsort utformad för att förena familjer för att njuta av majestät i området. Hemmet har ett sovrum på nedervåningen med eget badrum och ett ytterligare sovrum på nedervåningen med en dubbelsäng. Övervåningen har 2 sovrum med eget badrum, ett med 2 XL-enkelsängar och det andra med en drottning. Det stora rummet / matsalen har en eldstad, ett matbord till plats 8 med plats för mer, storbilds-TV och stor sektion. För att börja eller avsluta dagen kan du njuta av en eldstad och infoga för vedeldad grillning och spektakulär utsikt över den omgivande skogen och bäcken. Det finns en gasgrill och rökare på plats.

I anslutning till fastigheten finns vandring, längdskidåkning och cykelleder. Inom gångavstånd från huset ligger Sterling Gorge (en fantastisk plats att vandra, eller bara njuta av vattenfallen), VAST-leden, Catamount Trail och Sterling Forest mountainbikespår. Huset ligger en 8 minuters bilresa från byn Stowe där du kan njuta av mat till gård till bord, unik konst och hantverk och shopping. 20 minuter från Mountain Resort - ta bakvägarna och hoppa över centrumstrafiken.

Amazing!

Such a unique and beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of five. We were able to get to the ski slopes in 20 minutes. The property is the perfect combination of relaxation and comfort.

Perfect family trip

Our family of 5, including three sons in their 20s, had a great time at this beautiful home. It was the perfect property to hang out in, inside and out, and a great home base for exploring Stowe and other towns, hiking and looking for good fly-fishing spots. The pictures are accurate; the house is stunning and very comfortable.

Amazing Property

This was our second time staying here and loved it just as much as our first time! Great house and property! Our (almost) 2 year old and 5 year old loved the creek! Will definitely come back!

Family ski vacation

This home is beautiful as pictures show. The main kitchen/dinning/great room was a great location for all of us to relax after a day on the slopes. All the bedrooms are large and the beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything you needed to whip up great meals. A few people had some cell service issues I assume due to the remoteness. Despite that quick drive to the village and Stowe Mt. Had a great stay!

This home is beautiful. Attention to detail and then some. The home came equipped with everything we needed and more. The proximity to everything we were looking to do while in Vermont was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Tranquil, Cozy, and Classy

We've stayed at Linda & Greg's home a few times now, and this visit (Aug 2023) was as great as the past. It's always clean, nicely decorated & furnished, and the setting is amazing. The kitchen, living, and dining areas all flow well for being together, cooking, etc - but yet if you want to find a place to read alone, that's possible also. The bedrooms are comfy and quiet - 3 of 4 with en suite bathrooms. Being surrounded on 3 sides by the Sterling Brook provides the continual sound of nature, and although there are very light rapids, the bottom is shallow and clean enough to easily "trek" with our 5-year old - which is her favorite part of staying here! :)

Beautiful & Peaceful home

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property. There were so many positives about this home. The gorgeous design, clean aesthetic, beautiful outdoor area, and plentiful towels! (loved all of the extra towels available!). The only thing I would change would be full house a/c or central a/c or more additional a/c units added to the home (which I know is only needed a short time out of the year)... unfortunately we were there in the summer when it was H-O-T! Overall, we loved our stay in Stowe. Don't hesitate booking this property... it's beautiful! P.S. - Highly recommend Trapp Family Bierhall for their delicious food & super tasty beer!

Clean roomy and very comfortable

This was an excellent house and we enjoyed our stay despite rainy weather. The house was extremely clean, modern and very roomy. The property manager was very responsive with a couple small things that came up. Definitely a place we’d stay in again.

Truly amazing home in Northern Vermont

Family of five with three grown kids and we all had an amazing time at this beautiful retreat. The house is gorgeous and sits right along a stream on two sides of the house. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living area is ideal for family gatherings and the outdoor space with dining and fire pit is a really nice added bonus. The house is extremely well cared for and clean. The owners have created an exceptional oasis nestled amongst the trees of Vermont. If allowed, we will definitely be back.

Exceeded all expectation

Absolutely incredible VRBO. My husband and I have stayed in approximately 14 vacation rentals in the past three years and this one is in our top 3 favorites. The photos don't do it justice. Especially the creek, it wraps around basically the entire house. You have a view of the creek from 3 out of the 4 bedrooms. Kitchen is huge with state of the art appliances, it's well stocked with dishware & coffee but I would say if you're staying with more than 3 people for more than 3 days, I would bring paper plates and plastic cutlery or you'll be doing a lot of dishes. Pantry isn't very well stocked compared to some other rentals but to me that's not a big deal. Just be aware if you were hoping to score some pancake mix to make for a crowd that you won't find it. Master bathroom shower is an absolute dream with the huge rain showerhead, and you can customize how hot it gets by temperature (up to 110 degrees I believe). Very, very clean. Smells like a new home. Easiest check in ever. Property owners quick to respond. We came 1st week of May and it was still a little chilly (50s-60s) and it was still comfortable to sit outside by the fire pit, but not as comfortable to use the screened in porch. We would love to come back in summer time or fall. **The only thing "negative" we would say wasn't even a negative. It's just something to be aware of. The house is armed with a ring alarm system. In the master bedroom when it senses movement the sensor will flash pretty brightly, almost like a camera flash. We didn't realize what it was the first night and it kind of freaked us out (lol). But no hidden cameras, just the alarm system doing its job. We loved our stay and would come back again!!

Ski Snowboard getaway

This place was beautiful, brand new and amazing! Perfect setting with plenty of trees and privacy. The other houses weren’t nearby and we loved it. It was a short scenic drive to Stowe resort and there were plenty of coffee houses, small shops and restaurants for us to visit. The house was comfortable for us as a snails of 5 and we ended up with and extra room and bed not even being used. Perfect trip!

Amazing winter escape

We really enjoyed our stay here while we visited Stowe. The house was perfect, with great attention to detail. The kitchen was beautiful and functional. The master shower was super spacious. One of my favorite things about the house was the river that wrapped around the back of the house. It could be seen and heard from the master bedroom, very soothing! Nothing but positive things to say about this home. Would love to come back one day!

Spectacular Home!

What a gorgeous gem of a home! This beautiful home was built specifically to complement the natural landscape, with a babbling brook hugging half the home, and plenty of space to admire the autumn colors on the other half. We loved the spacious, clean, relaxing vibe of the home, with lots of large windows and doors from which one can admire the trees in their fall splendor. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside! The kitchen was well-appointed with all the appliances you need for comfortable stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were a delight, with large picture windows that let nature in. We also liked that it takes but a short drive to see the sights of Stowe; Burlington is not that far away either. Thank you for a most wonderful stay, Linda and Greg!

Wonderful property

We stayed for a week in August, with four adults and one toddler. The home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly functional for a relaxed family vacation - we had lunches on the patio, grilled dinners, nighttime stargazing by the stream, etc. Kitchen and all bedrooms/bathrooms are well equipped; everything simply works great.

Beautiful home convenient to Stowe

Shared an excellent time here. Home is well appointed with everything you need. A tranquil stream provides soothing sounds while you sit outside. Tons of seating areas - perfect for our group of six.

Beautiful house and property

Best VRBO I have been to

Incredibly well designed new house surrounded by a gorgeous stream. Could sit outside and listen to the stream all day and sit in front of the fireplace at night. Top of the line kitchen and very bright throughout the house. Close to town (Stowe) and food and good location for day trips to other parts of Vermont. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse in Stowe

We really enjoyed our time in Stowe at this beautiful spot. Situated a short drive from town and the mountains, it was the perfect location and fit for our family. The creek around the property is gorgeous. We'll be back again!

Beautiful house by a roaring brook

We arrived after a long drive. We found the house warm, lit, and inviting (as nice as the photos, which is saying a lot). I asked my wife, "Is that radiant floor heat?" and she replied "I feel great now!" Highly recommended. (The road in March was very muddy/snowy.... very glad we had all-wheel drive)
