Enheten Àr i Kauhale Makai - eller Village by the Sea, som Àr ett fantastiskt resortkomplex pÄ en stor grÀsbevuxen fastighet vid havet. Det finns en pool, bubbelpool och barnpool. Det Àr en 2 minuters promenad över grÀset till en sandstrand som Àr perfekt för bad, promenader, titt pÄ soluppgÄngen och solnedgÄngen, kajakpaddling, paddling, paddling, kiteboard och vindsurfing. Det finns en volleybollplan och shuffle board pÄ fastigheten och flera tennisbanor och pickleboll nÄgra meter bort.

Kihei-lÀget Àr perfekt. Det Àr 20 minuters bilresa frÄn flygplatsen. FrÄn enheten kan du gÄ 20-30 minuter till restuarants, livsmedelsbutiker och shopping.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng med en skjutbar glasdörr i Lanai. Du har en fantastisk havsutsikt frÄn sÀngen. Det finns eget badrum med dusch.
Det andra sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar och eget badrum med kombination av badkar och dusch.
Havsutsikt frÄn vardagsrummet. Det finns en skjutande glasdörr frÄn vardagsrummet in i Lanai. PÄ lanai finns ett uteplats dÀr du kan njuta av kaffe, mÄltider och cocktails utomhus om du vill.

Det finns gratis parkering pÄ plats.

Luftkonditionering i hela enheten. Det finns en takflÀkt i matsalen och gÀstrummet och ett litet bordflÀkt i sovrummet. Havbrisen Àr ett bra alternativ till luftkonditionering.

Det finns gratis wifi och kabel-TV. Det finns en TV i vardagsrummet och i sovrummet.

Det finns ingen tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i enheten men det finns flera myntstyrda tvÀttstugor i byggnaden.

We had an incredible stay. So clean, quiet, comfortable and very well situated. We were two couples and we had everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. Made great use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella. Loved morning coffee on the Lanai and steps from the beach for beautiful sunsets. The grounds and the view is spectacular. Communication with Lisa and Jules was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back again!

Owner Lisa & local manager Juls were responsive to questions, gave good suggestions. Made sure we knew in advance to leave for activities before a 7:30 am road closure. Condo was immaculate, had everything for beach trips, pool, iron & board because we were going to a wedding. We didn't really cook on vacation, but every kitchen tool, pans are there. Large fridge/freezer. Nice quiet AC. Good counter space in kitchen & bathrooms. Loved it!

Clean, beach view in a great Kihei location!

Communication with Lisa and Juls was excellent. Easy touch pad check in, and the condo was just as it showed in the photos. We were two adult couples, no kids— enough space for us! They had a well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, books, recommendations, and everything for our 10 day stay. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, lanai views were spectacular, pool/hot tub was awesome and so close, and parking was easy and accessible! 10/10 would recommend this condo to others, and absolutely appreciate Lisa as a host. Thank you!

Dreamy Christmas in Kihei

Loved this condo and it’s location! Located in a peaceful neighborhood on north end of Kihei yards from the beach with comfortable beds, good AC, a very well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances. We enjoyed whale watching from the balcony with binoculars, walks along the beach at sunrise and sunset, proximity to grocery store and restaurants. Communication with property manager and owner host was exceptional!

Excellent and relaxing! The only thing we did not like/realize is the balcony looks right out to the pool which can get very loud and didn’t feel as private as we would have liked. The host is amazing and very responsive if you have any questions.

We have been coming to Maui for several months every year for the past 10 years and in August 2019, we finally decided to buy our own condo which we are happy to share with you when we are not using it.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We definitely wanted an ocean front property. It is great to see, feel and hear the ocean while in the unit. We love the ocean breeze and prefer it to air conditioning.
It is great to bring a beach chair and walk to the beach and watch the sunset every evening. Equally nice to watch the sunset from the lanai (balcony) of the condo. When the wind is blowing it is fun to watch the kiteboarders and wind surfers with their colorful sails. In the winter, you can see whales from the lanai.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You are just steps away from the beach! You do no need to cross the street or parking lot to get there. The unit also overlooks the pool and hot tub.

We do not have a big property management company to manage our condo. We manage it ourselves with the help of 2 retired teachers as our on-island managers who are very responsive to our guests’ needs. They do not manage any other properties so you will have their full undivided attention. We have a much more personal interaction with each guest.
