Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea) är paradiset definierat. Denna 2 bd / 2 ba condo var avskalad till kärnan och helt ombyggdes i år. Det helt nya köket har bänkskivor i granit med toppen av raden apparater. Sovrummen och badrummen är vackert inredda för att göra din vistelse så perfekt som möjligt.

Denna fjärde våningen lägenhet har fantastisk havsutsikt från sovrummet, köket, vardagsrummet och Lanai. Koppla av på lanai medan du tittar på palmerna vågar i vinden och hvalerna och vindsurfarena dansar på det mousserande havet.

Den Kauhale Makai Resort inkluderar en vackert kaklat pool, jacuzzi, kiddy pool, putting green, shuffle styrelse och volleyboll. Våra gäster är välkomna att använda de fria offentliga tennisbanorna som ligger några steg söder om lägenheten. Det finns inget mellan orten och stranden förutom ett stort gräsbevuxet område som ströks med palmer - ingen väg att korsa!

Dessutom ingår gratis höghastighetsinternet! En king size-säng i sovrummet, 2 enkelsängar (konvertibel till kung) i det andra sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa finns för totalt 6 gäster. Dessutom finns det inga trappor att klättra ... Två hissar tjänar alla sex våningar i komplexet. Vi har mycket tur att ha central luftkonditionering i enheten. Nästan alla andra lägenheter i norra Kihei erbjuder inte central luft!

Gå längs stranden till Kihei centrum för shopping och restauranger, eller till Pacific Whale Foundations utpost för att titta på valar under säsong (mitten av december till mitten av maj). Mindre än tio miles till Kahului flygplats. Central till de flesta allt på ön Maui inklusive alla de bästa stränderna.

OBS: BYGGSTRUKTUR:

Under 2017/2018 tidsramen kommer det att finnas byggnadsarbete som uppstår vid komplexet. Arbetet kommer att äga rum M - F från 8: 00a - 5: 00p och det kan uppstå buller. Det finns 2 byggnader i komplexet och beroende på arbetsschema kan det eller inte innebära ljud och utrustning i närheten av vår lägenhet. Allt arbete kommer att ske på utsidan av byggnaderna. Anläggningarna kommer att förbli öppna under denna tid.

Priserna har diskonterats för att återspegla byggbrus och störningar.

Location, close to restaurants and shopping village too!

This condo is in a fantastic location with a comfortable living space, perfect for a beach getaway. It’s equipped with everything you need for a fun time by the water. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, which adds convenience and privacy. While there’s no oven and the laundry isn’t in the unit, the overall comfort makes up for it. The deck overlooking the water, accessible from both the living room and one bedroom, is a highlight—ideal for relaxing and taking in the view. Highly recommend for a beachside stay!

Could be a fairy tale

This little condo is a gem. Not too fancy, not too spartan. It is modestly furnished but has a soft bed, stocked kitchen, and plenty of thoughtful extras needed for a beach trip. After all, that’s the whole point of being in Hawaii! The view from both the living room and main bedroom showcases a wide green space with easy access to a narrow but delightfully uncrowded beach. Although the parking lot was at least half full, we never heard anyone else unless we were at the pool. A nice surprise was that (at least in spring) the balcony is sheltered from the sun just enough to keep the chairs from burning bare skin without ever feeling like it’s too shaded. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay here again!

Kihei was Key :)

Was better than the pictures. Loved the balcony and the hot tub!! A little bit of TV problems, but not a big deal for us, and I think Stephen would have fixed it quickly if I made it a bigger deal. Great local spots to eat & drink VERY close by! Go to Nalu's for happy hour, Java Cafe for coffee/pastries, and Diamonds if you want to catch all the games while you're away!

Great place to stay!

The place was just as described and was super clean! I had to contact the owner once and he was super responsive and promptly helped us out. We had a great time and the location of the condo is a short walk from the beach with a great view.

Great Condo, recently remodeled

This is a really nice condo on the quiet side of this building. It has great views, is really clean, and has everything I needed in the kitchen, for the beach, and to relax. It's nice finding properties that are well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommend.!

Great location with Ocean View

Everything was easy about this rental. Owner would even responding quickly over text with answers to my questions. Master bathroom is newly remodeled and the whole building was nicely taken care of. Would highly recommend!

A true vacation spot

I have stayed in a few units at the Village by the Sea, and I have finally found the one that gives it all. Privacy, comfort, a great kitchen, and of course the view. The host Stephen was friendly, reliable and delightful to communicate with. I am so happy I have found a place where I want to stay for a whole month.

Nicely Decorated Beachfront Condo

This is a beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable condo on the beach in Kehei. The ocean views from the lanai are fantastic and we had a wonderful time walking the beachfront to watch the sunset in the evening. Kehei is a great location for a vacation on Maui - it is well situated between both the east and west sides of the island. We had a wonderful long weekend stay, our host was very accommodating, and we plan to return in the future.

Great base to explore Maui

This clean and comfy place had a stunning lanai, privacy for adults and good sep. beds for kids, and everything we needed to enjoy everything. Highly recommend! The only weird thing is second bedroom windows are sealed shut and a vent from other peoples cooking seems to send air in that room. Garlic smell woke kids up! Should also leave some instruction for the lights.

Don't forget to purchase reef safe sunscreen...the Maui sunshine is very strong.
