Natursköna vyer från en rymlig lägenhet vid havet

Dessa lägenheter ligger i Tower 1 (direkt på stranden) på 12: e våningen. Fönster finns på tre sidor av lägenheten, så att alla rum har utsikt utanför och matsalen har fri utsikt över solnedgången. Vi hyr SAT-SAT under sommarmånaderna och våren, men vänligen ring om våra lågsäsongsrabatter och 3 nätter min. Vistelser efter 10 augusti.
1 kung, 1 drottningar, med 2 uppsättningar i full storlek våningssängar (3: e sovrummet och hallen Nook) och en bäddsoffa som viks ut till en queen size-säng. Den här enheten sover 10. Trådlöst internet och LCD-kabel-TV i alla rum och klinkergolv i hela enheten. Fastigheten ligger intill Edgewater Beach Resort och ligger inom gångavstånd till Shipwreck Island Waterpark och en stor fiskebrygga. Pier Park-shopping ligger bara 4 mil bort. Det finns två stora pooler och en uppvärms under de kallare månaderna. Komplexet har även träningsanläggningar och två badtunnor. Enheten är helt rökfri.

We had a great time staying at Bruce's condo. It was clean had plenty of space for all 8 of us. When we did have a issue Bruce was quick to take care of everything. The view is amazing and having beach chairs is a plus. Condo is a older but still met all our needs. We had a great vacation!

The condo was a great location, very spacious, and quiet. It was clean and included everything we needed. We loved having the beach chairs included with the rental. Check in, check out was effortless. The owner was promptly responsive and helpful. Will definitely rent again.

The view is spectacular. It is a bit dated and could use a bit of a deep clean, especially in the showers. One of the blinds was broken as well. We spent most of our time on the beach so it didn't bother us for the most part. The owner was very responsive, check in and check out were easy.

Condo had not been cleaned when we arrived at 4:00 pm. Day 2 we needed more toilet paper and never received any after I sent several texts. We had to go and purchase some. I had to pay 90 to rent umbrella and chairs on the beach! When I went to register to get bracelets for pool and beach I had to pay 55. I knew nothing about these extra fees! I was very unhappy!! I’m not sure we even received clean sheets when it took the house cleaner only 45 min. to clean and change 8 beds.

Property location was great. Views were great. Bruce was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was with the cleaning lady. We were a little late leaving the condo (she arrived at 10:03am). She was very rude and unprofessional in her behavior and actions towards us. Bruce handled the situation for us, but that lady definitely should not be in a job where she might interact with customers.

Dirtiest condo to date (

Windows on balcony were not cleaned . Dust on all the light fixtures . Toliet bowl dirty , balcony lounge chairs dirty, remotes to TVs didn’t work . Air was set to 78 degrees and locked . Tried to cancel because my house was by a tornado 5 days before our trip and we weren’t allowed a refund . The cleaner was very helpful getting the air turned on but the owners never messaged me back . We were charged an extra 30 for parking then we were told . The property itself has changed policy and check in and it is very inconvenient

Great family trip

Great stay, sleeping accomodations could not have been better, loved our view & beach chairs. Will definitely stay here again. The owner made the door code super easy for the kids which was very thoughtful. Elevators at the grand worked very well although checkout day was extremely busy due to the holiday weekend but as much was expected. Close to the pier. Overall nothing to complain about other than wish we could have stayed longer!!!

the Condo was very nice and roomy close to everything. Little bit dirty, minor dust on ceiling fan and baseboard, nothing major. Great view, pool was great. We had a great time and will stay again.

Family Golf and Beach Trip

Had a great time golfing with my son and son in law while the girls enjoyed the beach with my grandson. Of course, we joined them after golf. This is an annual golf trip for us and we will very likely look for the availability of this same unit next year. Bruce is a great guy and very easy to work with. The location is great for our tastes.

Beautiful views

The condo had beautiful views and plenty of space for our whole family. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Aside from the broken hairdryer in the master bathroom, we had everything we needed. It was wonderful! Will plan to stay again in a warmer month next time:)
