We just returned from a fabulous six night stay at this condo and would not hesitate to book again. The condo was exactly as described and even included beach toys and beach towels, which was a nice amenity. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of beach we could see from the balcony. It is very convenietly located with ease of access to elevators, the pool, and parking. The host provided all the information we needed for a smooth and easy registration and check in/out process, and he kindly responded to all of our inquiries very quickly. We can't wait to return to make more family memories!

Great communication! Bill, the owner was very responsive! Washer went out and he had a new one delivered the next day! Great view of the beach from our condo. Elevators are somewhat slower during peak season but still a great, relaxing week!

The condo was perfect for our group of six. It had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a walkway from tower 2 to tower 1, so you don't have to cross the street to get to the beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella setup were included with the room. I would recommend 100%.

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Absolutely loved the heated pool, the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella service for 2, the tiki bar. Also loved the fact we didn’t have to pack beach towels, bath towels and linens. The condo had everything we needed, was very clean and extreme comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Our trip started out pretty rough as we were involved in a car accident on our way. Because of this, we had to cut our trip short, but the host did not offer a refund on the days we didn’t use. The condo also had a strong mildew smell, and even the furniture inside felt wet. We found a dehumidifier in the closet, but it didn’t even work. The bathrooms did not appear very clean-there was a stain around one of the toilets as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The shower in the master bedroom had soap scum and stains in the grout.

We are very sorry to hear about the accident you experienced while traveling to Panama City Beach and are thankful everyone was okay. As the owner and manager of this property, I take guest satisfaction and the condition of our condo very seriously. While we were unable to provide a refund outside our established cancellation policy, we did offer a credit for the unused nights toward a future stay, which you acknowledged and appreciated at the time. Regarding the concerns mentioned in your review, none of these issues were brought to my attention during your stay. Our welcome letter specifically asks guests to report any concerns within 24 hours of arrival so we have an opportunity to address them promptly. Florida’s Panhandle experiences high humidity, and frequently opening or leaving exterior doors open can overwhelm even a properly functioning dehumidifier. I personally inspected the condo the day following your departure, verified that the dehumidifier was operating properly, and found no noticeable mildew odor. We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vacation rental. Had any cleanliness or maintenance concerns been communicated during your stay, we would have gladly investigated and addressed them immediately. We understand that your trip did not go as planned due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. However, we believe it is important to clarify these facts for future guests. regards Bill

Loved our stay.

Check in was fast and easy, place was very nice and clean, would go back and stay again if I could!! Needs measuring spoons, cutting board we left and butter dish! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Condo

Very nicely decorated and extremely clean condo and with three elevators we never had to wait! The pool was awesome. We also had snacks/drinks from the Tiki bar-awesome! Overall-wonderful time!

Grand Panama

We’ve stayed at GP twice, this condo was beautiful. Had the prettiest view, condo was clean and spacious. We had two chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was perfect, we definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo / wonderful stay

This condo is wonderful. It is very clean and offers wonderful views of the ocean. Bill, the owner, is very attentive and even sent us info. regarding the condo and restaurant / activity recommendations before we left home. I highly recommend staying in this unit at Grand Panama.

Last minute spring break

We rented this property one day before arriving in Panama City Beach and we are so lucky! This property was perfect for our family of 5. Host was great to deal with and had great communication! We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the location of the unit! I would Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in PCB!

Great location for our vacay

Loved the condo. Was hoping the beach there was pet-friendly but the dog beach was just a short drive away. Beautiful interiors and a nice view. Unfortunately, it was Jeep Jam week and it was a little loud some days/nights. But other than that, it was very quiet and peaceful. Great host and would visit again. :)

Great Space

We had a great time. The beach location was wonderful because it was not overcrowded. We were in tower 2 and it was super easy to get to the beach. I do wish the pool stayed open later. Also, it would have been nice to have a few more dining options within walking distance. The condo space was just what we needed and very nice. It had everything we needed. If we ever head back to PCB we will definitely book this condo again.

Paradise in PCB

We have stayed in various Grand Panama condos over the past 6 years. This condo is by far the best! From the moment we checked in to almost 6 weeks later when we left our stay was absolutely wonderful. This comfortable condo is nicely decorated and the location in Tower 2 is quiet with a view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was attentive and communicated with us to let us know interested things happening around PCB. We are so glad we spent our snowbird weeks in the condo and will hopefully will stay in this condo again!!

Great condo!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 4 - plus our little dog. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, and there’s a great ocean view from the balcony. My 4 1/2 year old loved having his own private nook to sleep in, too! Big bonus that there was an Alexa in the living room. The only recommendation/suggestion I can think of would be to have a dish drying rack (kids dirty up a lot of dishes!) and maybe some cooking spray. Other than that, it’s a great place with a great and communicative host! We would definitely stay here again.
