Fun Family Getaway in Ozarks

Took my family and parents for a long weekend to the Lake of the Ozarks. Great location in a large, protected cove close to H Toads and Shady Gators. Home was very nice! Very large kitchen with cooking supplies and big living area for the family to hang out in. There are TVs in almost every room in house. The property has a very large dock with three slips if needed and plenty for room for fishing and relaxing. Would definitely go back to this property in the future.

Perfect getaway

Loved this house! Great location, full stocked kitchen, kids loved playing in the water each day with the provided kayak and paddle board. The property manager was quick to reply and answered all questions. Will definitely stay again.

Great place! The home was very clean. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and all have their own bathroom. The downstairs is one bedroom with 2 beds and a futon. There is also a bathroom downstairs. This area was great for the 4 teenage girls. Pullout couches up stairs in a very large living space. One pullout in a small room off the kitchen with a small table and bar. The ice machine was wonderful. Special accommodations made for checkout without charging us extra. This was a shining star for me. Room for parking for 2 trucks hauling bass boats and an SUV. There was plenty of parking and we were able to park our trailers on-site. There is also a boat ramp on-site. This ramp is shared with 2 other properties. The ramp and ability to park our trailer on-site was key for us as we always travel to the lake with our boat. Three boat slips on private covered dock with electric! Paddle board, kayaks, and floats available. A very large deck with ample seating. minimal amount of steps and can walk around to avoid stairs down small incline. Fire pit available as well as games. We travel to LOZ at least twice a year and have for several years. We have always chosen different locations trying to find the perfect fit for our needs. We will be returning to this one. We finally found the one that fits all of our needs.

A fantastic place to spend your vacation

The house is beautiful with marble floors, open space for everyone to relax, wonderful deck and an awesome dock. The home is close to all of the destinations we visit. The owners were extremely pleasant to work with.

excellent vacation home!

I absolutely love this house and the location. This is the second time I've stayed at this house and have it reserved in spring 2024 with my fishing buddies. The house has everything needed including it's own ramp with a totally awesome dock with plenty of seating and 3 boat slips. Can't wait to get back!

Wonderful week of relaxation

We had a lovely week staying at the house. There were 4 adults. It was a partial working vacation, and we found it very easy to find space for all 4 of us to work without impacting the others. Beyond the work side, the house was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the dock. We had two boats, which were easily handled by the dock. A favorite activity was going to the far end of the cove and just floating. The cove was also solid for some short wakeboard runs. The ice machine was a home run, as we brought a margarita machine :) Speaking of the two boats, the property easily handled our vehicles and boat trailers. Having a boat ramp right on property was gold! There was also a covered space for one trailer and tuck and a gravel location for the other trailer. The location relative to the lake is solid. We boated to dinner a drinks a couple of times (Gators and Dockknockers), which is quite fun. I guess the summary was that it was very easy to stay at the house and have a relaxing time. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and location

My family and I had an amazing time at this location. It was perfectly located and had all the amenities you would need, including paddle boards and kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked and they were plenty of blankets, pillows, and bath towels. Having the dock right on the lake was perfect for our school-age kids. We would definitely rent again.

A Dream Property!

This was everything our group was wanting and more. The dock and patio areas were perfect for relaxing and swimming the entire stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with anything we needed. I had some questions about things and reached out to the property owner who promptly called me and was extremely nice and helpful! Would absolutely recommend!

Family vacation

Property was clean and fit our family needs very well we have a son in a wheel chair and was able to get around on the property. It was nice to have boat ramp on the property. Dock was very nice great place to eat lunch, children enjoyed the lily pad adults enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards. Water was ruff to ski or wake board on in that area found a nice cove not far from their to ski on. Would stay again.

Great Stay on the Lake!

House was everything we hoped for! Our group of 6x loved everything about the property and the house. We are looking forward to staying again! We brought a 21' Boat that was very easy to launch at the private launch and plenty of parking for the trailer and other vehicles. Dock was great and spacious! We were able to use the 2 supplied kayaks around the bay. House was well equipped and had everything needed for a week stay. The owners/caretakers were very responsive of any issues that came up. Would recommend any one to stay here!

Great Family Get Together

There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group. The house was great and we had plenty of room. We went in the winter so we didn't do any water activities, but there was a kayak and paddleboard, pool noodles, and plenty of outdoor seating on the dock. We cooked all our meals at the house and having 2 fridges was great! Contact with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly when we had a question. Thanks for a lovely house!

Fantastic house!

This place is great indoors and outdoors! We will definitely stay here again. The location is great. The fishing was really good. The yard was really nice and well kept. Having a boat ramp onsite= priceless. The house has great views of the dock and the water, with a cove big enough to tube in safely. Indoors there was so much room. Everyone loved hanging out in the living room area in the club chairs. Our granddaughter nested into the pull out couch in the game room. She loved it when she wasn’t kayaking. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is. Everyone enjoyed this trip. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Allowed us to bring a portable gas firepit to use in the gravel area. Best lake house we have rented so far!!

Good location

Easy check in/out process! Owner very responsive! Great location in cove and close to bars by boat or walking. House did seem a little smaller in person than pictures also bedroom situation not ideal for multiple families staying together.. all upstairs rooms only have one bed one of the rooms you can not fit air mattress in and the other one has glass door to shower so awkward for sharing room with older kids, king room is very large but have everyone coming in and out of your private bath to do laundry. Basement room was spacious with extra beds and was great to be able to access separately from outside however if there are kids staying with you very loud can hear everything from upstairs. Overall good house would be best for adults or smaller group where kids could have a bedroom to theirselves. Outside lots of parking, lots of chairs on dock and deck! Boat ramp was a little tight and somewhat hard to maneuver with big pontoon boat, but we made it work was nice to have it private at the house. Loved the in house speaker system! Owners were great at responding to questions!

Great location at Lake of the Ozarks. Rained all day Saturday but didn’t mind much because there were so many great spaces to enjoy indoors. Comfortable bedrooms. Wish we had time to enjoy all the great outdoor spaces.
