Great condo!

We had a great time! This condo was perfect for our group! The staff addressed and fix a couple of issues we had quickly and efficiently! The staff was very friendly and responsive!

Wonderful property - walking to all the “stuff “ in todemary and Seacrest. Even walked to the gym (tennis club) a few mornings. The restaurant is a huge bonus!!

Nice place, great location. Get as MANY wrist bands as you can. My daughter was going to have a friend come for dinner but the security guard would not let her on the property because she did not have a wrist band. The security guards were just doing their job, but it was really ridiculous.

Thanksgiving week

We LOVE the convenience of High Pointe, its a close walk to anything and so easy toting around children. My only complaint of this condo was there was not extra blankets stocked there. We did call and ask for some and they sent 2 over, but the comforters on all the beds are basically glorified sheets and not very warm and cozy. Other than that, the place is wonderful, clean, and nice.

Summer

We drove in from Texas so it was nice to walk into our “home” for a few days. We enjoyed the location and amenities. However, the unit is starting to show its age. Door hardware is falling off and it appears multiple fixes were done due to the many holes in the door. Also, the 1980s style blinds had issues too. But those are minor fixes. We hope to book the same unit for next summer but stay for maybe 2 weeks

Wonderful Condo Conveniently Located

Overall, we had a terrific experience in this condo. My husband and I traveled with our three daughters ages 5, 3 and 5 months. The condo overlooks the pool which was convenient with young kids. Additionally, we loved that we could walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Finally, the beach access is terrific with both stairs and a ramp. The daily beach chair and umbrella setup was a big perk. I also can't say enough good things about Crabby Steves. It's a fun, casual restaurant that has great food and convenient for a cocktail. The condo had very comfortable beds, plenty of closet space (and hangers) and the blinds were nearly blackout. My biggest complaint was the lack of a personal touch given the large management company (Vacasa). For example, we noticed the condo did not have any renters the day before we arrived. I contacted Vacasa multiple times about an early check-in and was told it was not feasible unless I was willing to pay for the night before. I was told if our condo was ready early (before 4:00pm), we'd receive a text. At 2:00pm, we had not yet received a text but decided to go ahead and try and check in. Sure enough, the condo was fully ready and we were able to check-in. I don't feel we would have had this same experience with a smaller management company or home owner. Additionally, given the price, I would have expected enough hand soap and other amenities to get last a standard family more than 2-3 days. Overall, great condo and would stay again

I wanted to bring to your attention that the written description of this property is not for High Point….think it is in Ocean City (no rooftop pool, no tennis courts, not five TVs etc). However this is a great gated condo within short walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Crabby Steve’s at the end of the walkway to the beach was super convenient for lunch and/or cocktails. The bedrooms were plenty big and closet space was great. The beach service was very helpful and at this time of year not crowded at all. We have decided this is a great time to go because There were no crowds and reservations were available to all the places we wanted to go! A few minor points that should be addressed. While the condo is large enough to sleep at least 11 there were only 3 glass wine glasses and two plastic. I would think the host could at least have as many glasses as guests. I think there were about 6 coffee cups and 5-6 other glasses. A note should be given to upcoming guests that glasses will need to be brought. We were also disappointed about the TV situation. There were 4 but we could never get the LR to access cable…only streaming services. The middle BR TV was accessible. There were 4 remotes in LR but two had no batteries….we purchased some to put in the remotes and still could figure out how to watch. We searched all over the condo for TV instructions but there weren’t any. They had plenty of “house rules” posted….it would be a great help to also have TV instructions. We would definitely return.

Girls trip

Place was very nice, comfortable and clean. Great location! Close to beach and short walk to Rosemary Beach downtown area. It would have been appreciated if the basic condiments were provided such as coffee, sweetners and salt and pepper. An arrival kit to get through the first night until guest could get to the grocery store.

Perfect in Every Way!`

This property is spacious, clean, comfy and about as perfect as you can get. We had the very best stay. Walked to restaurants, the beach and never had to get in our car. Absolutely beautiful sand beach, amazing water, and kind people! The beds, furniture, all of it was jsut what we needed!

Clean and Great location

We loved how clean and well taken care of this property was- someone thought of all the small touches- a hamper, luggage rack, nightlight in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocke and the location to everything was perfect!

Great stay & will return

Our family loved our stay at High Pointe 3231! It was as good as the pictures, if not better. Clean & well maintained. Perfect for our small kids & grandparents, easy access to room, pool & beach. We felt very comfortable with the security & gated community. Easy walking to great food! We will definitely be returning!

High Pointe is the best

Nicely decorated and spacious condo. The balcony is in the shade beginning in early afternoon and has a great view of the beautiful pool area. Very convenient location near Rosemary Beach with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Having Crabby Steve’s on-site is a real advantage.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect situation for our group! Very clean condo that is positioned perfectly on the beach side of the road with a large pool that never felt crowded. I also noticed it was cleaned daily. They are extremely vigilant on security. At the front of the condo and from the beach side. Security would be there daily to ensure the condo was only accessible for guests only. Crabby Steve’s is at the end of the condos beach walkway and that is the only entrance to and from the condo from the beach which made it a little awkward always having to walk through to get to the condo campus. The complimentary bikes and chair/umbrella set up is really a very nice addition. The bikes sit right inside the condo and are easy to get. The pool and the beach chair set up does not open until 9am. Great stay and we will look forward to booking again!
