Location was great and the beach view was wonderful! The place was good for what we needed. We struggled with the dishwasher a little as it was very loose and we had to run it a few times to get dishes clean. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on when we first arrived but after calling, they sent someone out quickly to fix it.

Condo was on the beach with great views! Beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. Area rugs were in very poor condition, and white furniture both inside and outside was dirty. We didn’t even want to sit on any of it. Overall, this condo needs some serious cleaning and updating. We even found shoes from a prior guest under a piece of furniture.

Perfect location. Make sure to rent chair and umbrellas as it is separate from the booking. Had no issues. Would definitely come back .

Location is perfect. Balcony/porch was the hang out spot all week. We had three couples- two young adults and 3 children under 5- so 11 total people and there was plenty of room. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and even extras in one of the closets ( which we didn't find until day 2 - pack n play, bike helmets, extra beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely would stay here again.

Beach condo

The unit itself is a perfect location. I really enjoy staying where this condo is located. However, it was not as clean as I was expecting. The pictures on line do represent the unit but not r s toy the feel of a “newly renovated” property (as it’s listed on line as). We have stayed in many units of this condo building hope the things that were not so nice about property get addressed for future guests.

Beautiful condo with excellent views!

Beautiful 2nd floor condo with excellent beach front views! Short walk to pool or beach. Condo contains everything for a nice stay. Very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, etc. (No spices so add that to the grocery order). Lanai is also comfortable with table and chairs and sofa. (Sofa needs a good cleaning due to mold). The “gifts” were a nice touch for 360Blue. Reserve your chairs and umbrellas with LaDolceVita when you reserve the co do and get travel insurance with another agency and not the agency offered by VRBO.

The condo is simply fabulous! Some of the furnishings could use refreshing, but that didn’t affect our vacation. I wish we would have had better TV selections, but again, our vacation was unaffected. We loved the Rosemary Beach area!!

beautiful and wonderful location. Seacrest Beach can get VERY crowded. House is very loved with renters and needs some pick up and clean up. Also we felt no big deal to live in it and not have to worry so much with all the wear. We would rent again with kids

It’s our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. We had a hiccup on the check in this time and luckily someone called us back immediately on the emergency line and was able to get us in. Overall great stay, great location, we will be back!

Love Rosemary Beach

We love Rosemary Beach, and this is the second time we've stayed in the same development, both times beachfront. Can't wait to do it again in the same place and always sad to leave. But the property has to provide more than just one key fob. The place advertises that it sleeps 10 (we had 8). If someone decides they want to go somewhere by car and the others decide they want to do the same or spend time at the pool, the key fob is the only way to get into the development and in AND out of the gated pool area (yes, you need a fob to get OUT of the pool...you're locked in). Eight or ten people and one fob? I don't think providing a second one is an unreasonable ask. The only other hiccup was that there was no key pass or fob or anything else for that matter at the lockbox at the gate as was described in the arrival instructions, though there were for other guests. But the place was great otherwise, the area is beautiful, and we'll be back for a fourth consecutive time next year.

Key fob not in the box as stated, security guard let us in. Wifi was horrible, as close to non existent as you can get Remove "Key card" from your overview, this unit has a "Key fob"...we were looking for a "Key Card" after we got in...

Poor property management

As part of the check in process we were to receive key cards upon checking in. There were none in the condo and none in the instructed lock box by the security gate. I spent the first 24 hours of my vacation reaching out to the management company 360 Blue. my kids were unable to use the pool and we could not get in the gate with our vehicle without being stopped and questioned by security guard. We had to be back to condo before security left or we would be locked out. I was told at one point that we would not receive a key card because everyone with property management was on holiday break. After a day of phone calls and becoming frustrated someone was able to bring us one key card. One card to share with 3 couples. Very disappointing. Property manager needs to make sure clients are provided the access they paid for.

Amazing condo and location

This condo was absolutely stunning, updated, and a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more. Not to mention the stunning views of the ocean and sunset everyday. Check in and check out were a breeze. We did have one issue that I contacted the company about but didn’t hear back. It resolved on its own but I do wish I was able to get in touch with someone quicker. Over all, though, I would book this vrbo again!

Great location with easy access to beach and dining

The location is about as good as it gets. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. Great location for families or large groups. Loved the surrounding area. Plenty to do within 5-10 minute walk.

Beachfront Bliss

Only stay here if you want a relaxing and blissful vacation with unrivaled views of the ocean! The only drawback is the difficulty you will face adjusting back to reality from your stay. Check in/out was a breeze - the management company makes it very easy. Everything was super clean and felt like a hotel upon check in. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! We loved our place - decorated super cute, comfy and clean. Only thing is I would have them update the bikes that are included - they are not in good shape. However, that wasn’t a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again.
