House was cute, quaint, and had plenty of room for 4 guys on a football weekend. VERY close to ND. It was clean and convenient. Great spot for a game day weekend.

Great location to campus and comfortable house

Our stay was great. The house was clean and comfortable. We had three kids and our pups with us and were very comfortable.

Vacation

Bed sheets weren't clean and had to change but the rest of the house worked out good for us. Would stay here again.

Hot tub was amazing to relax in, although I wish the age limit was listed in the listing. House was clean except hair in the shower. Definitely pet friendly, not so much child friendly as we were traveling with an almost 2 year old and there was no door/gate to the the basement stairs. Also no utensils, cups, or silverware for toddlers. No actual dining room table, kids had to use the coffee table, and us adults had to use tv trays. There was also a camera pointed directly into the house from outside the side door.

Needs Work

The property manager was very responsive. The property itself has some serious issues. It’s dated, it’s run down and it’s dirty. The “second bath” is located in the unfinished basement. It’s quite gross. The primary bath is tiny and dirty. The sofas are so used the only thing you can feel is the metal on the arms. It’s not an adequate property to rent to people. We were extremely disappointed and it’s SIGNIFICANTLY overpriced.

ND Alumni Weekend!

This property worked perfectly for us. There was coffee/cream/sugar readily available. There was a large floor fan in the bedroom which was great to have! The owner is super responsive and no issues! We would stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you for everything. Go Irish!

Four Day stay for College Graduation weekend!

The house is cute and functional. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions along the way. The previous reviews are accurate but I would like to add a few new items. We travelled with our dog on this trip. Great place for those those with pets. Very large fenced in yard for exercise. Also a nice neighborhood to take walks at any time. What else? Long concrete driveway on the side of the house, we fit 5 cars for the grad party. There is no kitchen table but, there is a folding table and four chairs in the basement. Plus several folding TV trays. Any negatives? The stairs inside the house are very steep. We had grandparents who could not get up and down those steps. Kids didn’t even notice that issue. I would recommend this house rental to family and friends.

Bachelorette Party

The owner of the location was very friendly and communicated when he was going to be there to fix the microwave in the home. Very clean and accommodating. Hot tub was refreshing! Will definitely come back

Big Backyard

This house has a lot more room than I had thought. There decor is clean, neat, and Spartan. My GF and two dogs loved it! We loved visiting The University of Notre Dame, the Studebaker Museum, and the Oliver Mansion. The Irish pubs are plenty and they are fun. The hottub was a bonus!
