Detta boende ligger i samhället nära Northstar Golf Course och är bekvämt beläget för snabb och enkel tillgång till golf, skidåkning, Northstar rekreationscenter och den livliga byn vid Northstar. Hemmet har en öppen planlösning med välvda tak, två vardagsrum och gott om däckutrymme för alla att njuta av! Huvudnivån är centrerad kring ett välutrustat kök, vilket gör detta till en fantastisk layout för underhållande. Två vardagsrum på vardera sidan av köket har sten spisar, och varje vardagsrum har åtkomst till separata däck med sittplatser för uteservering. Frukostkroken ligger precis utanför köket och erbjuder utsikt över bakdäck. Med ingen utveckling bakom hemmet erbjuder den skogsklädda bakgrunden till bakdäck en känsla av avskildhet. Från främre däck kan du njuta av en titt på a Marto Valley.

Den rymliga master sviten ser ut på baksidan av huset, med utsikt över skogen och en privat skjutdörr ut till det stora däck med badtunna. Nedervåningen hittar du ytterligare tre sovrum med gott om sovplats. Junior-sviten har en dubbelsäng och en dubbelsäng och de två våningssalen har ett stort badrum. Förutom flera sätt att få tillgång till utomhusbostaden från huvudnivån har ett av våningssalen i bottenvåningen också en dörr som ger tillgång till båda däck!

Det femte sovrummet har en egen separat ingång, med en queen size-säng, badrum, TV och lofted område - njut av integriteten för en svärmor enhet samtidigt som den ligger bara några steg från huvudhemmet för att njuta av levande rum och kök. Detta mysiga Northstar-boende är perfekt för att underhålla vänner och familj eller retirera efter ett spännande Tahoe-äventyr!

Med tillgång till NPOA Rec Center kan gästerna njuta av användning av denna anläggning som inkluderar två pooler året runt, en bubbelpool, en stor fitnessanläggning, omklädningsrum, ett spelrum för barnen och lounge för vuxna. Utanför har du tillgång till Bocce, tennis och basketbollplaner (öppet säsongsöppen).

Memorial Day stay

Well suited for a large group, with an excellent "great room" layout that allows everyone to be together. Nice extras including hot tub, two fireplaces with plenty of wood, very well equipped kitchen, etc. Quiet/private location with trail access. Six Pickleball courts now at the Rec center.

Roomy house conveniently located on the shuttle line. Well appointed kitchen. Comfy furnishings and beds. Games galore. Home away from home when you are skiing!

Amazing Family Tahoe Vacation

The home was located in a very nice neighborhood near a golf course and was very close to Northstar Village which was really nice. The home was spacious and very comfortable, everything was very clean. Having one of the bedrooms and bathroom as its own spot just outside the living room was perfect for our niece who had her 1 year old with her. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, which warmed up nicely. We had all that we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals and a very nice large family style table to enjoy eating together. We loved the cute little nook as well which worked out great for games and our niece who had some work to do, it was private enough for that but not so secluded. We did have some issues with the kitchen refrigerator but they had an extra one in the garage that helped out. They were prompt in helping us with the issue. Very nice home to stay in especially if you are skiing at Northstar.

Great place to stay However hard to contact property manager

Place was really clean with an awesome jacuzzi in the back. Walls are a little thin so you can hear people moving around but not a big problem. I had a small issue and tried to contact the property manager but could not reach anyone after several calls so that wasn't fun. Did have an incident with a bat that was in the house though with no fault to the owner...it just kind of flew in when no one was looking so I might get a rabies shot just in case...

Perfect house for a multi- family getaway

The house has a large living area and large kitchen. There are several large patio tables/chairs as well that we didn’t use because of the heavy smoke from the Caldor fire. I mention this because the owners bought 3 portable air purifiers and they helped keep the inside comfortable These were appreciated! We had a good time playing games, working on a puzzle and using the hot tub with our covid masks on :)

Quiet Neighborhood, Close to Everything

The location is at the end of a street near a meadow. There are no cars driving by the house. It is close to the Northstar golf course and the resort as well as Kings Beach or downtown Truckee.

Nice open living and kitchen area

We had a great trip, but there were a couple quirks with this property. The layout is a bit of a maze and there are a lot of steps. There are steps into the bathroom from one of the bedrooms which is odd. We had a lot of fun in the open space behind the property and the property management was responsive and nice.

Very Good

The overall experience was very good - clean big house, excellent location, thank you for a great stay! I liked 2 fireplaces and big space and kitchen. Just a couple of things to mention: 1. a property manager tried to contact me via email, but the email got to junk folder, so I didn't see it. My suggestion is just to use standard vrbo messaging, so It won't get to junk folder. 2. The knifes in the kitchen are extremely blunt, it would be nice if you could fix it. 3. We stayed 8 days and for this period we were offered just 1 roll of toilet paper per person. I think for the price we paid it would be nice to have some extra paper :) 4. grill was not clean 5. the mattress on the ground floor (big room) was very uncomfortable, it looks like it is old and probably needs to be changed.

Great Home Away from Home

Spacious for 3 families. Amazing backyard trails especially since it snowed. Great home layout with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen and 2 family rooms upstairs. Nice and cozy with 2 fireplaces (lots of wood in garage) Lots of windows to check out all the views.

Even better than the pictures

The home was fabulous. It was very clean. There was a very detailed binder with every answer to any questions you could have. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with any cooking items you would need. I would stay here again without even looking at another property.

AMAZING GETAWAY

Brilliantly located, very clean and easy access to getting in and out of the property. PLENTYYYY of parking space. Amazing living room are and kitchen set up. Open!!! The hot tub is lovely and can fit 4-6 people comfy. The hiking trail behind the house is easy to find and was a nice walk. Such a great birthday weekend experience! Will definitely save this house to book.

Great Location Great House for Large Groups

The house is located in a great location. House comes fully stocked with pots, pans, all kitchen supplies, towels etc. etc. Great hiking trail located directly behind the house. Golf course directly across the street. A brown bear walked about 150' from us while playing cards on the deck during the day.

Amazing Family Trip.

This was the perfect place for a three family trip. Plenty of space and a great kitchen. We were able to spread out and the kids enjoyed exploring the forest which was a nice backyard! Looking forward to our next stay.

Nice family getaway

This spacious house is located on a very quiet street surrounded by pine trees. The views are beautiful from every window on the main floor. Easy access to a great hiking trail from behind the house.

Northstar Dream Home

Excellent location!

We had a great time at this property! There was plenty of space inside and out. It was great to be able to hike behind the house and sled when there was snow. The free shuttle to Northstar/Village was awesome! We’d definitely come back during the winter or summer!

Great family house!

Our family had a great time staying here. Easy access to the village and slopes via shuttle. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home... with a really well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Simple and Easy

Property was clean, with updated appliances and plenty of room for 10 adults and 6 kids. Communication with the company was super simple. Property is in the NorthStar property, which comes with plenty of amenities. Great stay
