This 870 sq. ft. unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and is located on a 4th floor with partial ocean view from the balcony. The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a very nice balcony.

Perfect to accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults max.), there are two queen-size beds and a double sofa-bed in the living room; a crib and an air mattress are available, if needed. There is also plenty of room in a walk-in closet for luggage and more.

The condo has all you need to spend a great vacation. Need more? The building has a large pool from where you can have direct access to the quiet beaches ( you don't even have to cross the street to lay down on the sand!). You can also enjoy the gym and walk around the gardens. Laundry facilities are located on each floor, and there's also a mini-market where you can get a variety of cold and hot foods and drinks.
The building is ON the beach! That being said, you're minutes away to many excellent restaurants, supermarkets and so much more. The well-known and fancy Aventura Mall is the closest shopping location. We are about 20 minutes away from Sawgrass Mills Mall.

OK for visit.

Apt. is small but fairly well equipped. It could use hooks in the bathroom for towels & a grab bar in the shower, The kitchen needs pot holders, a pair of scissors & some more more eating utensils. It does have a balcony with a nice ocean view & is large enough for two people.

Great Location, great property!

Property was very clean and family oriented. Pool area was fun, relaxing, and it was great to not have to cross the road to go to the beach. While the condo was a little bare with furniture I actually appreciated that so when we filled it with our luggage and belongings it wasn’t cramped. Ana and the rental company were super helpful.

It was fair

The building and condo were "tired". Could tell it had been remodeled several times by the low bidder. The kitchen had extremely cheap cabinets and not enough dishes. The furniture was Ikea which is fine for light duty residential. For a rental condo which gets heavy use, the drawers were broken. We only used one drawer. The bed was of poor quality and extremely uncomfortable. We expected to have to pay for parking, but they charged us for an additional key because my daughter is 16 and according to their terms an adult. This made no sense. The place where we registered was in a back room and felt sketchy at first but eventually ok. As a side note but not the property owner's fault, we usually stay on the gulf side but wanted to try the Atlantic. We found the beaches to be small, full of trash and cigarette butts. The traffic was terrible all up and down the coast. We were so glad to get back to Chicago traffic! We did enjoy kayaking in the mangroves.

Great spring break spot

Stayed here for spring break with 3 of my friends and we loved the condo. The only problem we had was the check-in process and the parking situation were a bit hard to figure out but once we were done with that we had a great stay

Great space and right on the beach. View is nice. Family friendly and close to stores and the Hollywood boardwalk. Ana is responsive and friendly.

Amazing place to vacation

This is a great property for a relaxing vacation. Unit was spotless and had plenty of bath and beach towels. The included beach chairs are such an incredible perk!! We went during a very busy time and the pool loungers got snatched up pretty quickly…having the beach chairs was amazing to not have to search for a place to sit or bring chairs down each day. I would highly recommend this place!!

Perfect place with plenty to do

The condo was in a perfect location right on the beach and had a large swimming pool to enjoy. It was super clean and really functional for a family of 6. Walking out on the balcony you had a beautiful view of the ocean which made my mornings so nice. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family . Thanks for a great property , it made our vacation that much better.

Great place for a family vacation

The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing. It was within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, right on the beach. We had a nice stay there and would return for a vacation again. We would recommend it to others.

Missing some key items

The property did not have a TV in the bedroom and it was short on basic necessities (1 roll of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, no soap, no cooking spices/oil). You have to buy a lot of items that are normally supplied

Well appointed condo on the beach.

The property was well appointed and well equipped . The process to obtain wristbands access keys and parking passes was a bit convoluted , we had to obtain those at different times and at a different building. However everything else was wonderful.

Nice spot on the beach

The condo was as described and was very clean. I was at a conference all week so I wasn’t able to take advantage of the free chair rental provided but wish I could have. The desk was useful to charge things on but work friendly. Some items that I would have liked to have available are hooks on the back of the bathroom door, small movable table to be able to place drinks/snacks on and a small tv in the bedroom. Was happy to have a full kitchen because there are not a lot of eating options nearby. Overall, a great place to spend time at the beach.

Great location on the beach

Great location,right on the beach,walking distance to restaurants,groceries,walmart,pharmacy... The appartment was clean,the main area is wide and with very much light. You have laundry machines a few doors aside,easy to use. Gloria ,who took care of us,is a very nice person,and our arrival was very simple and easy.On the negative side,the beach is a bit narrow,so you’re quite close to other peoples,but you have a service of 2 long chairs and an umbrella ,for your stay with this appartment,so you don’t have to carry them...regarding the appartment,the bathroom could be refreshed,but is fonctionnal.Everything is OK with the kitchen,there is a large walk-in for your luggages,clothes...4 beach towels and enough bath towels.The WiFi is fast and working very well. We had great vacations and great wheather conditions during our 2 weeks in february!I would give 4.5/5 for this appartment! Thank you!

Great Stay!!

Great stay!! Ana the owner and Gloria had great communication. Property was great with great access to pool and beach. Only issue are the elevators on the property are not guest friendly but we were told that the owners have been placing complaints and they are trying to fix. We will be back in 2 years and would stay again.
