Vackert 3 sovrum 2. 5 badhus med bifogat garage och fantastisk utsikt över skidbackarna i Winter Park! Skidparkering / avlämningsområdet är otroligt nära, bara 0. 6 miles från dörr till dörr! Du kan till och med se gondolen springa ut genom ditt fönster! Ett helt nytt privat 8-personers badtunna som just installerades i augusti 2019. 1 bilgarage med högt i tak, så SUV med skid- / snowboardställ kommer ofta att passa in med utrustning kvar i rack! Stora platt-TV-apparater i vardagsrummet och alla 3 sovrum, med Comcast / Xfinity-kabel. Trådlöst internet med hög hastighet.

Sovrummet har en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng också. Det 3: e sovrummet har en våningssäng med 1 drottning, 1 extra lång, tvåbäddsrum och 1 standard tvåbäddsruta. En utrullningssäng finns också för att lägga till en extra säng för att få det totala antalet som det kan sova till 9. En pack and play finns också i garderoben i sovrummet. Wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family! The location was amazing! The set up of the house was great with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath! Having the Queen bunk beds was helpful and all 3 beds were comfortable. The dining table is large and worked great for meals and playing games. We spent almost every evening in the hottub as well which great after our long days! We highly recommend this site!

We loved our stay and really enjoyed the hot tub. We also got to see moose right outside the front door. It made the trip perfect!

Excellent mountain escape

We loved staying at this property for a weekend getaway to the slopes. Private hot tub is an enjoyable perk!

Great views and amenities

This unit was lovely. Great location with a short walk to the shuttle stop and a quick trip to the Winter Park base. Return trip was a bit longer. The beds, linens, towels were top of the line. Kitchen was well stocked. There are two beds in one room, plus the two kings. The description reflects three beds in one room. The hot tub was appreciated.

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful week at Winter Park. Condo was clean, plenty of room, and enjoyed beautiful view of the slopes. We plan to return next year!

Perfect Condo for Family Getaway

Condo is just as described. Great location with views of Winter Park Mountain. Condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Space was perfect for our family. Clean and easy to use hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Would stay here again upon return to WP.

Details

Great place on all accounts except mattress in the upstairs primary. Sleeps like a bowl so if you have a poor back, this wouldn't be your best choice. For the money, a better mattress would be lovely. Everything else was PERFECT.

Great location!

This property was close to winter park and within walking distance to winter park resort. Adequate space for the 6 of us on this trip. Hot tub and view were great. Only complaint was the microwave didn't work very well.

Fabulous Property!

We had a wonderful stay! The multi level condo is very spacious. The views of the mountain as well as sunset are amazing. What a great location! After skiing, it was nice to enjoy the private hot tub. Eric and Shanna were quick to respond to any questions and very pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Views, Perfect Location

You cannot beat the views and location of this beautiful townhouse. It was the perfect home base for our Winter Park ski trip. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, quick drive to the resort plus convenient shuttle bus service, and we also enjoyed the view of the ski hill watching the gondolas and skiers from the living room. Shanna and Eric were absolutely outstanding in communicating promptly and being so helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful view!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (13, 9, 8) and my parents. We loved the view and the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee filters, etc. We just needed to go buy additional toilet paper. Would highly recommend this property! We found it easiest to drive over to the G lot and take the shuttle from there right to the drop off circle by the Gondola (easier than walking the 1/4 mi uphill to the stop by the house).

Great Stay in Winter Park

This is a beautiful, well-supplied home that our family of 6 enjoyed very much. Very family-friendly, with games, porta-crib, high chair and baby kitchen items ready to be used. Kitchen had everything you can think of. Plenty of linens and paper goods for the home. Location is great; super views of the mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub (be sure to use the lock combination on the wall in the kitchen, not the one in the guidelines binder). We are major a/c people, but understand most mountain homes do not have a/c. Fans were available in the bedrooms and with the open windows at night, we were pretty comfortable. Lots of chirping birds in the morning. Highly recommend this home for your Winter Park adventure!

Winter Park at its finest!

We’ve stayed in WP many times and the location and views at this property cannot be beat. The property is great. They thought of everything including extra kitchen storage in the dining room. 2 tall cabinets allowed us to store all our snacks, meal prep items and adult beverage items off the kitchen counters so it was easy to keep the kitchen tidy. The guys liked being able to grab a snack without getting in the middle of meal prep. Pots and pans were very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room. The hot tub was amazing and kept very clean. Parking allowed for 2 vehicles. The balcony was large and had a Weber gas grill (clean and even had a backup tank of propane with grilling and supply of utensils) and a table with plenty of seating. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags available. Never had to go to Safeway to restock! The setting of the property has a natural, unobstructed view of the WP ski slopes through the large windows and deck. We were able to work and stream movies on the high speed internet. Took a 1 mile easy walk into the ski resort for a little shopping. Wonderful restaurants to choose from. Our group consisted of 2 couples. We used the 3rd bedroom got empty suitcases and storage. Looking forward to our next trip to WP.

The Perfect Winter Retreat

We stayed at this condo during the winter for a snowboarding getaway and some much-needed relaxation, and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a cozy home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Winter Park Resort, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. After a full day of snowboarding, the hot tub was the ultimate treat. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-covered views was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to ease sore muscles.The living area was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were so cozy that we slept like a dream every night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare hearty meals, which was great after an active day. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the views of the snowy surroundings added to the charm.The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. Everything about the listing was accurate, and the condo exceeded our expectations in every way.If you're looking for the ideal spot for a winter getaway in Winter Park, I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you're snowboarding, skiing, soaking in the hot tub, or just looking for a serene place to relax, this condo has it all.
