Unit 304, at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming, shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by Vrbo guests. The condo is ideal for couples,families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips,etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware,new rugs, pack and play, highchair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch t.v in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals.The condo has 3 flatscreen tv’s, 2 stereos, 3 dvd’s,etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc,.The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair ,tv and dvd. The condo has games, puzzles, dvd library, books and 3 charging stations.The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs ,beach toys and spf50 beach umbrella! The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Sanibel Siesta has the best office staff around to help you Monday thru Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-12 for your convenience. This slice of paradise has lots of extras to make your stay special! Great time

Condo was true to the listing. Pool was great and the condo complex is right on the beach. Anne was a great host, very easy to communicate with and provided restaurant suggestions. Great stay for a family of 4!

We enjoyed our stay and the property! The host reached out and made sure we had everything we needed ahead of the trip and once we arrived. Our trip was during the highly unusual cold snap, so we can confirm that the heat works well, too! I recommend the property and this host!

Sanibel condo

The condo was great with everything needed … and Annie exceeded all expectations in her communication regarding the property and check-in process! We are accustomed to staying on west gulf Dr (pre-hurricane Ian) but it was nice to get acquainted with this side of the island!

Convenient and Easy

This unit is easy to get to and located in an easy to access location on the island. It is also just steps from the beach, shells, and sunsets! We had a terrific time and used all the amenities offered. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and pool, and we enjoyed watching them from the provided beach chairs! Annie was extremely responsive with all of my questions (where to eat, buy groceries and more!).

Wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta. The property is very clean, well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. Our unit was exactly as it appeared in the listing and you are truly only a few steps away from Sanibel’s soft beach sand and millions of seashells.

Perfect Anniversary Venue

I booked 25th wedding anniversary stay in April 2024. Then Debbie, Helene and Milton hit Florida west coast. My sponsor Ann provided timely update on the property and reassured us that all would be great. Ann's objective updates wer very helpful and enabled us to have our best anniversary trip ever. Happy return to Sanibel

My family has stayed in Sanibel many times over the years. This was our first trip back since Hurricane Ian. There is a lot of construction going on, but it meant there were few people on the beach. The shelling was the best I've ever seen. We had a great stay. The owner was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Girls Get-away!

My 2 daughters and I recently returned from a much needed girls trip. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was close to the beach (which we definitely wanted) and large enough for us to be comfy during our down time. But the unexpected part was the excellent communication with the owner, Annie. She answered every question we had and offered great suggestions for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to be able to come back!!

Relaxing beach getaway

I had a relaxing getaway at the condo in Sanibel. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The space is well appointed and comfortable. The owner is welcoming and helpful. The location of the property could not be better. It is truly paradise being able to spend time in Sanibel and just enjoy the beach and pool without having to bring anything. We will defintiely be back!

Great Family Vacation spot!

We loved Sanibel and this condo was perfect. We have 2 kids (age 8 and 10) the ease of bouncing between the pool and beach was great. Staff was friendly and after renting bikes, we could get just about anywhere without a car. We even had dolphins that swam by every afternoon, a huge hit with our kids!

Peaceful Getaway

There are nothing but good things to say about this property, its location to the beach , the owner , and Sanibel itself. The condo is well kept and overall clean. It could use a little updating but it’s truly the location and the owner who make this property magical. Annie is literally the best owner I have ever dealt with thru VRBO. She not only communicates very well but she genuinely wants you to have a good time offer recommendations for food and shopping. The people who live on the Island are equally as welcoming. Would recommend this property to many keeping in mind that the glitz and glam doesn’t come from the physical appearance of the condo itself but from the beautiful heart of the owner, and the magical peace of the community within the Island. .

Short weekend stay-cation

Great location!

The location of this property is great! Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Very spacious condo. VERY friendly office ladies. If you don't need a lot of extra amenities on site, and just a great place to stay- this is perfect.
