Great San Diego visit

This house worked well for our family visit. We were able to walk to dinner and take a short run to Balboa Park. Vety easy for Uber and Lyft to find. Overall great stay.

Great place in North Park

Mostly loved the place and location. Host was responsive and helpful. House was difficult to find at first. It would be nice to have more hooks for clothes, towels, etc.

Near Downtown

Nice little house. Parking is a premium. If you arrive in the late afternoon or evening be prepared to park blocks away and walk from the car to the house.

Perfect little spot for us

We enjoyed this rental, it was in a central location and LOVED San Diego! If you stay here, walk to Sunnyboy for breakfast! Delicious.

Apartment great, parking very difficult especially evenings.

1st time vacationing from an apartment. loved it. So quiet and comfortable. Home made breakfast.

Family Vacay

The pictures of the house was accurate. The patio was lovely to sit in and relax. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils.

Perfect spot in great location!

Loved our stay in north park! Plenty of space for our family - two beds and two baths!! Plenty of bedding and towels, full set of wine glasses and much more! Enjoyed using the side patio. Had a car and street parking was never a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Cute & Functional

The house was clean, very organized with a few little touches, i.e. shampoo, lotion, etc. The check out process was simple, very responsive to any questions. Loved the patio!

Great location, very nice house

Great location within walking distance to Balboa Park, and many restaurants and stores. Parking was not an issue at all. House could have been a little cleaner when we arrived and there were a few minor maintenance issues. Communication was great.

Visiting our son in San Diego

This little house is great It's a 1 mile walk into North Park business district and there are a few restaurants that are even closer. The neighborhood is very hilly though, so walking is a little more strenuous than I hoped it would be. Uber pick ups were always very quick. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms and the AC worked great!

AMAZING!!

This property was as advertised. It's cozy, it's clean, it's near everything! Me and my family had little to no issues with parking. 5 min away from the zoo, parks, shopping, restaurants. Definitely recommend it and I hope to be back soon!

Cute, clean, and comfortable in North Park

We loved our stay here, it was exactly like the pictures, very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, stocked with coffee and tea:) The whole place was updated nicely. Great location, we walked to the zoo and Balboa park. Easy entry with code through keypad. Street parking was a little hard to find a few nights, but it was worth it because the location was so great. 10 minutes to downtown, the airport, even Coronado was a quick drive. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Can’t beat the location!

Well worth booking just based on location. The comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and privacy only add to the appeal. Also, hosts were super communicative.Only drawbacks:1. Description says “ample parking” but please don’t expect to drive up and find a space. No matter which day or time we arrived, we had to drive up and down the road at least a few times at least (be prepared to parallel park). Will say we always found a spot eventually2. Apartment is “surface clean.” Found dirt/hair on baseboards, showers, doors, etc. It could use a deep cleanBut, still, overall super happy with our stay!Thank you!

Modern house in a great location

A wonderful property with modern furnishings and nice appointments. The best location to walk to so many things. We loved the amount of space inside, and enjoyed the patio. It’s not perfect. Parking is a little difficult but we never searched for more than a minute and always found a spot within a block. The place needed to be cleaned a little better but most things were cleaned well. Overall, a very good choice and we have booked it again.

Cozy, quiet cottage

This North Park cottage is in a fantastic location. We had a rental car but only used it once as there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, very close to the airport and Balboa Park. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the little patio area. The only draw back is the lack of parking. There is not a designated parking place and it is difficult to find parking nearby even in the day but particularly at night. I would still highly recommend this house!

Close to Balboa Park

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to Balboa park which has many museums and sites to see. The beds in the house were comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The only downside was parking. Perhaps if you live in CA or the big city, the parking is a normal situation. But there is no designated spot. We were able to find a spot each time, but it did require us to drive around for a few minutes before we found one.
