Vibrant home with an abundance of plants, a level 2 EV charger, and conveniently located in a quiet part of North Park, San Diego. Close to Downtown, Beaches, Balboa Park, Breweries, Bars, Shops, and the Zoo.
This 1924, 840 sq ft Craftsman Bungalow includes hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, comfortable memory foam beds with down & feather pillows, a private backyard, ample parking, beautiful front porch sunsets, and so many house plants youâll wonder whether youâre inside or outside. Please read house rules prior to booking.
The space
Key amenities include: -Level 2 EV charger.
- Comfortable queen, full, and twin-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and down & feather pillows
- Cozy sitting area with extra-large couch, ottoman, and comfortable armchair
- Touchpad smart lock and self check-in.
- Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
- High-speed WiFi
- Workspace with two monitors.
- Breville Barista Espresso Machine
- Coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster
- Gas stove, oven, air fryer
- Patio with abundant seating, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace.
- Pet and child friendly with fenced backyard and doggy door. - Pack n Play
- Antique Perrin & Rowe shower assembly plus handheld nozzles.
- Jacuzzi bathtub

Other things to note
This is a fully functional home. For the most part, everyday household necessities are on site and available to use or borrow. Some personal belongings may be locked away.
While unlikely, additional unit on property may be occupied during visit. Unit is sectioned off and detached from main home.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, wraps, foils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
The washer and dryer are available for use as well, and laundry detergent is included.
There is typically plenty of street parking and a one-car driveway to park in.
If you are not bringing any pets:
The beds will be fitted with white sheets/pillowcases, and white duvet covers.
If you are bringing well-behaved pets:
The beds will be fitted with gray sheets and gray or green duvet covers. A homemade dog bed setup will be provided in the primary bedroom. For pets on living room furniture, couch covers are provided, please use them.
We have exterior cameras that are used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to. Cameras are located on the front and back porch.

Hi, Iâm Tom! Iâm an environmental consultant and avid outdoorsman originally from Pennsylvania. Growing up, I had the best of both worlds. My dad would take me hiking all the time with Scouts and my mom, a horticulturalist, had the most amazing collection of plants. I spent my childhood helping out in greenhouses and outside, exploring the beautiful green landscape of our family farm. Iâve incorporated my passion for plants and nature into my home. I hope youâll enjoy it -and San Diego- as much as I do.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I have moved around metro San Diego for 8 years and North Park is by far my favorite. I had an opportunity to buy 3 years ago and found a beautiful craftsman home on a quiet street and in a very safe part of town. Itâs central in SD, close to downtown, close to Coronado, Mission bay, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, Shopping and hiking.

There arenât many nature-themed rental homes as they require continuous upkeep and maintenance. The home is stunning and I hope to give as many people the opportunity to experience it as possible.
