We were so pleased with this wonderful property. The host, Tim, answered all of our questions promptly and provided good information. We really enjoyed the beautiful waterfront with its large shade trees and very pleasant seating. We stayed there with one other couple, (my husband and I in the main house and the other couple in the guest house) and found the kitchen and eating area very roomy and well equipped for all of us. There were so many thoughtful touches inside the main house like extra beach towels, shampoo, and other toiletries. The covered boat dock was perfect for our boat, and we really appreciated the extra cleats for tying up. (We've been on Lake Buchanan in stormy weather before and you never know when you'll need extra tie ups). As grandparents, we appreciated that this house would be perfect for future trips with grandchildren and their parents!

Our stay was great start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, the homes were very clean and communication was amazing. I stayed a week with my family, including two older teenagers and they were never bored. Having a main house and separate casita gave them/us space and privacy. Tim, the host, was very responsive when I reached out and helpful. The home is very well maintained & the hosts provided a lot of miscellaneous details I don't usually see in other rentals. (Things to do, kitchen items, etc.). Overall I would highly recommend!

Perfect getaway from the everyday mundane concrete jungle. Enjoyed watching the stars at night, the local deer wander through the neighborhood, and the sun rise over the lake in the morning.

Tim was prompt with all correspondence. We were looking for a remote location on a lake and his place certainly provided that. I enjoyed the kayak and the fire pit with the lake as a back drop. The fireplace in the living room was great. Everything was as we expected! We would recommend his place to others.

The only bummer was the water level but they can't be helped. There was literally everything we could need there and plenty of extras of everything. Easiest check in and out we've ever had

Great place!

This was our 2nd trip to these cabins and we love it here! This time around the lake wasn’t really an option but the place itself is a perfect little get away that’s close to home but feels like you’re on vacation! The staff/management team is very friendly and efficient!

Relaxing stay!

This property is awesome! The views are amazing and will be even better once the water is up again. The smoke house was used every day while we sat outside and soaked up the sun and views. Would definitely rent this property again. I can't think of one thing this property was missing.

Great Little Spot

Our family spent Thanksgiving at the property and really enjoyed ourselves! The waters edge was farther back due to lake conditions but that didn't hinder us at all. Property was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for making Thanksgiving dinner. We loved the fire pit, the secondary part of the property for our kids, and the proximity to Inks Lake State Park where we hiked. The local convenience store helped round out anything we needed when we weren't in town. Highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing getaway!
