We had a great stay at Phil and Mica’s studio in Manhattan Beach! The apartment was super clean, the hosts were fantastic, and the location was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Great location and space. We missed air conditioning and a freezer for our ice packs but we were able to work that part out with the host and worked perfect!

Philip and Mika were excellent hosts! The Surf Room was adorable and extremely comfortable not to mention the superb location across from the beach and walking distance to downtown. I will most definitely return!

Great location

Walking distance to the heart of Manhattan Beach and its wonderful shops and restaurants. Simple access to the beach and the strand which are just down the hill. Nice outdoor area to enjoy a book and coffee.

Wonderful spot in Manhattan Beach

This is a great place from which to explore Manhattan Beach. Only a block from the beach and an easy walk to all the great restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio looking out over the waves. The hosts were very welcoming and provided great communication.

Mica and Phil are great hosts, easy to communicate with, and provide excellent arrival and departure help. There is a reserved parking spot, which is a huge benefit in MB! The Surf Room is an excellent option in Manhattan Beach. It is a huge "studio" - the entire ground floor below a very large home with Q bed, small kitchen, large bathroom, tv lounge area and reading table. There is an outdoor patio for relaxing. 12th St is only 9 short blocks away an the beach is only 3. The Surf Room was the perfect weekend stay for an adult couple. We hope to be back!

This studio is big! Beautiful property, and lovely patio! Owners are super nice too! Perfect place to stay for access to Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach!

Amazing Stay

Great property in an ideal location. Owner was so accommodating and always available. My wife and I spent most of our time on the patio as the weather was so nice. We will be back!

Perfect Stay by the Strand

It felt like it is was our own little bungalow by the beach! If you enjoy being by the ocean, walking to cute coffee/breakfast bars in the morning and biking on the strand then this is THE place to stay! Total surfer vibe throughout the place! Phil and Mica are great hosts to work with and very responsive if any needs come up! Would stay here every time!!!

Excellent location

Phil and Mica were very accommodating. They didn’t hesitate to let our son stay and visit with us there for a couple of days. Place is very quaint and comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio area. Absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach every day.
