Detta hem ligger i lugn enkel laddad cul-de-sac och backar upp till en härlig greenbelt. Höga katedralens tak och många fönster gör detta hem ljust och luftigt. När man kommer in i detta hem dras man omedelbart till den eleganta matplatsen med den imponerande genomskinliga eldstaden. Vardagsrummet är rymligt och är unikt beläget på baksidan av hemmet. På andra sidan matsalen ligger familjerummet med en mysig öppen spis och stora skjutdörrar som öppnar sig till trädgården och den glittrande poolen. Mitt i hemmet ligger ett atrium, en lugn plats att njuta av. Nedervåningen har också en master-svit, rymligt kök, gästbadrum och en separat tvättstuga. På övervåningen finns tre stora sovrum. Ett delat badrum har dubbla handfat och separat toalett / dusch över badrummet. I trädgården finns en gnistrande pool med spa. Detta hem är perfekt för underhållande och möjlighet att njuta av Lake Mission Viejo-livsstilen med båtliv, bad, fiske, gratis sommarkonserter och fyrverkerier.

Easy rental for a move across country!

We needed an extended stay and this was perfect while we adjusted to a move across the country. Eva was super easy to work with and answered any questions we had almost immediately.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time in this home. The host was SUPER responsive and extremely helpful. They said they work for a 5 star review and you can see that in how they communicate with you and in every thoughtful detail of the home. We left rested and rejuvenated (and definitely sad to leave!). I would go out of my way to return here and highly recommend it!

Amazing Mission Viejo house

We live vacationing in Orange County. Given situation with Covid-19 we decided to stay in a house and not a hotel. We stayed with another family and felt that the house was large enough for all if us. Having a pool was a must for us and we all loved the outdoor living space with a nice dining table and an outdoor sitting area. The house is in close proximity to laguna and newport beach. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

Great family getaway in Mission Viejo - Highly Recommend

My wife, three pre-teen daughters, and I had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Dmitriy and Eva were wonderful hosts. My children had a blast playing in the pool every day and one of my favorite activities was reading a book under the stars while relaxing in the attached hot tub. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Lake Mission Viejo, which allowed for bike rides and walks around the lake. The home is a ~30 minute drive to several top beach destinations such as Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point. The hosts also provided access to beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels, which came in very handy for our trips to beach. The WiFi signal was strong enough for five people to be using simultaneously with no issues whatsoever, and we also had access to Netflix and Amazon Prime entertainment. The home was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of sheets, blankets, and cleaning supplies for our use during the stay. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Dmitriy and Eva!

Great Location

With the exception of heightened anxiety of being away from home for two weeks during the initial statewide shutdown due to Covid 19 I would say the place was as we expected and hoped from the listing. We would consider seeing if we could stay as guests again in the future.
