Great place

This is great place with a great location. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level with the wetbar. Master bedroom/bath and 1 more bedroom and bath on the upper level with the kitchen. Great location in the heart of Key West.

On marina. Great view. Good sunsets. Great amenities. Everything you need for vacation. Stay in this development every memorial. Room set up great for 3 to a room. Loved it. Will go back. Highly recommend.

Relaxing and enjoyable

The villa is beautifully located with great amenities. Having a room downstairs was great for my my elderly mother in law and to be able to have her own amenities right there. Having use of golf cart for her was great too. My daughter and I enjoyed use of the bikes. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable week.

Beautiful property

House as described. Beautiful home and location. Extremely clean. Has anything you need for beach/water activities. Property manager communicates promptly. Jose was very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome beautiful place

Beautiful place, loved the patio over looking the camel, and the upper deck, you can see out to the ocean. So pretty. The place is very clean, nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was fantastic for the group of us to each have their own bathroom. Very nice to have available to us pool toys, bikes and the golf cart was very nice to use and came in Handy when going to the pool. Great place to stay!! You will love it.

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit's location was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful views were slightly diminished by windows that needed cleaning, and while the beds could have been more comfortable and the dishwasher is due for replacement, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience. Despite these small drawbacks, we would definitely stay here again.

We booked with Jose for an extended stay (2 weeks) and were very satisfied. Jose is a good host and takes pride in his place which was clean and in good shape. We will definitely be returning year after year.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

The Villa was super clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. The AC, TV, appliances, bathrooms, shower pressure, mattress comfort; couldn’t ask for anything more. Communication with the owner was seamless. Great property!

Perfect

Three couples spent a few days here. The property fit our needs perfectly. It was quiet and spacious. The view of the water from the two patios was a bonus. It is close to so much to do in Key Largo. We would stay here again. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well equipped.

Short stay - but perfect fit

This condo is the perfect mix of peaceful, out of the way tranquility - mixed with right in the middle of it all convenience/activity. Just a perfect fit for making the most of a visit to the keys. Jose has this place setup so nicely, cannot think of anything that came up short. We will stay here again without a moments hesitation!

Views were amazing, owner added lots of perks like personal soaps toothpaste etc! My only issue was the spiral stairs but fortunately there was a bedroom on the first floor. Otherwise this place met our expectations

Great place, with a lot of space and beautiful view!

Large home. Great patio and deck. Well-equipped. Golf cart was perfect for getting around. Many good restaurants nearby. Owner was so responsive to any questions.

Great place for a family vacation

Accommodations were very nice - only issue we had was most of the plates, bowls, cups and flatware was encrusted with food - appeared the previous tenant did not run the dishwasher and dinnerware was put away without being cleaned - we just put everything through dishwasher before we used it.

Perfect boat friendly stay

We brought our boat down to enjoy the Keys with us. We loved the fact that the marina was right out the door, so the boat was accessible quickly. The view was great. The community was nice. The neighbors were so friendly. Overall a great weekend getaway spot. We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back.

My family of 7 (husband, kids, and granddaughter) had the best time celebrating my 50th birthday for a week at this beautiful clean home. It was the perfect amount of fun and relaxing all while being spacious enough that we could spread out or all spend time together in the same area! Thank you!!!! This property was just as described!

The condo was beautiful, the location was beautiful and Jose was very easy to work with. The golf cart was great and made exploring the resort easier and was great fun for the kids in our group. The view from the balcony and patio was incredible and we spent many enjoyable hours out there. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great location and amenities. We had trouble with the door from the garage into house. Make it difficult to do laundry and leave the unit in the rain. Need better explanation of details of house and better equipped kitchen. Fun toys to use.

We had an Amazing time in Key Largo! The view off the top balcony is beautiful. The community is very relaxed and quiet. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the Golf cart during our stay. We would definitely book again. Thanks again Jose!!

Wonderful Property and Jose was the Perfect Host

We had a fantastic week at 'palm trees, sun & sea' the condo was very spacious and accommodated our family of 4 plus both of our mothers perfectly. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this rental. Jose made the rental process simple and easy. We've rented many times from VRBO and this may have been the easiest transaction to date. Thanks for a fantastic week!

Great Villa

After many many years of vacationing at Kawama, We found best Villa! The owner Jose is very accommodating and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and Cuban pastries. The Villa was very clean and the location was awesome. It was well stocked with Everything from toilet paper to toothpaste and soap. The view was amazing. We certainly hope to go back and book the same unit. Thank you Jose!😜

Perfect location, great view, tons to do

We loved the location and the amount of activities and restaurants in very close proximity to this home. The spiral stairs are a bit tricky to navigate with heavy bags, but its great that there are two living spaces for hanging out. The bathrooms have recently been redone and are all very nice. The unit is equipped with all you need to enjoy the community's ammenities (golf cart, kayaks, snorkles/fins/mask, tennis racquets and balls.) I wish we could have stayed longer! The owners were very responsive to questions and concerns.

My wife and I have fallen in love with Key Largo. After a hard work week, we look forward to heading out for a weekend of relaxation, fishing and fun in the sun. The villa has become a home away from home. It has the perfect backdrop of the ocean and that laid back feeling that Key Largo offers. It also has become a perfect opportunity to get the family together to share and enjoy eachothers company from sunrise to sunset. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!!!

We chose Key Largo as the perfect vacation location with its casual atmosphere and just an hour's drive south of Miami. There is a vast array of activites to adhere to all types of vacationers. Including but not limited, Fishing/Boating, Snorkeling, Shopping, Watersports, and various unique cuisine's for any palate.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is a exclusive gated community, with many amenities available. There are two pools, a salt-water lagoon, a marina and a private beach area with barbecue's, a kids playground and a tennis court. Walking out to the jetty around sunset is a spectacular view and one of our favorite past times while sipping our favorite glass of wine.
The Villa rental does not include docking in the Marina. Rentals if available are based on the size of your boat and days. Use of the ramp and Boat yard is free if renting my unit.
