Beautiful 3rd floor corner oceanfront condominium in the heart of Historic Cocoa Beach Condo with private beach access, less than a two-minute walk from your door to the ocean! Newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 baths with great layout, wrap- around balcony and lots of natural light. Full kitchen with all modern appliances included along with a washer/dryer and iron/board set. Guests have access to the condo pool, beach umbrellas and chairs are also available. Available for short and long term rental.

Ocean Side Condo

The condo was great. It was steps from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The owner had great communication and was available if anything was needed. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

Loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. Lots of things to do in area. Our host was awesome. He even drove out in the middle of the night when we couldn’t get the MLS box open. Would definitely stay here again

Perfection! The unit was lovely and the view was everything. Condo was clean, comfortable, and made for a great family vacation. I really appreciated the great communication and support from the owner. Will be booking this unit again!

Softball and beach!

The condo was very nice and close to the beach with an amazing view. Saw a few satellite launches fromthe patio. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Max was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed!

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property for almost a week. The location was great, communication with Max was great, everything needed was there. View of the sea from the condo. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Nice condo with a beautiful view!

Great communication by the host. Condo is everything listed and more. Remodeled and updated. Flooring is beautiful. Nice and quiet location. Even was able to see 2 rocket launches!! Our thanks to the host for a great stay!

Great time at the beach!

The place is great, right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo is well maintained; very clean and up to date - everything worked perfectly. There were more things within walking distance than I expected but honestly everything we wanted to do (Ron Jon's, the Dinosaur Store, the pier, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) is all within a 10 minute drive. The only exception was the Kennedy Space Center, which is maybe 25-30 minutes away, but even then, we could still see the SpaceX launch from the beach at the condo!

The condo is clean, maintained well, and was perfect for what we needed. Having the convenience of a kitchen and laundry was great for our 10 day stay. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops and surf shops. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is stunning, we watched the sunrise almost daily from the balcony. Building is secure from the beach, locked gate entrance from the beach itself. My daughters and I felt very safe in this location and the condo itself. Max did a great job communicating about check-in and out. He also checked on us during our stay to make sure all was going well. He offered suggestions on things to do as well-fantastic host.

Let me start out by saying that Max is the most conscientious, considerate owner I have ever dealt with. He himself is 10 out of 5 stars. He was in touch with us a couple of weeks in advance to let us know there was still construction going on at the property, then he kept us updated until we got there. He provided the most detailed check in instructions I've ever seen. You can tell he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. The condo itself was immaculate upon arrival. The view is second to none and that wrap around balcony is a game changer. You have amazing views to the east and south and you can even see to the west. It's only 3 flights up, so you have easy access to the beach by the elevator or stairs. Everything you need to cook your own meals is right there, along with a generous supply of towels. You can see the ocean from every window.The location can't be beat. There are several fantastic restaurants within a 10 minute walk (Jazzy's, 4th St Filling Station, Whisk and Grind, the Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co. just to name a few). Publix is a little over a mile away. Don't forget you can also see launches from the balcony. If you can get this place stop looking and just book it now.

WE HAD NEVER BEEN TO COCOA BEACH NOR USED VRBO THE CONDO WAS GREAT AND WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME,

It was very easy, the owner of the condo we stayed in which was 306 was great. We loved the location, and everything was already there. So a great 1st trip to cocoa beach experience. I highly recommend
