Great place close to Disney.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the private pool/spa as well as the resort pool and water slides. Very cool home theater. Location is close to Disney and so much more comfortable for our group than staying right at Disney. We had a couple of questions and had a prompt response from the hosts. Would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay, great house, just a few annoyances

We (family of 5) very much enjoyed this house. We've been spring-breaking in Orlando a few times before and all agreed that this has been our favorite home so far. Lots of room, great pool, nice amenities. One of the primary reasons I pulled the trigger on this house was the lack of neighbors to the rear of the house. We've had bad experiences in the past with rowdy neighbors but not this year!A couple cons to this home. First and foremost is the alarm system on the sliders to the patio/pool. This is honestly the most annoying device ever invented. Even on a gorgeous 70 degree day, you cannot leave the sliders open for more than a few seconds. Spending the entire day by the pool with kids? Prepare for that alarm going off every time the youngest forgets to push the button twice on the way to the bathroom. Hands full with sunscreen and sodas on the way out? Prepare to be annoyed while you set half of the stuff down to free your hands, shuffle through quickly, grab stuff, push buttons in a panic. It was a real detractor...we have PTSD from the alarm sounding...but the pool was fantastic, as was the hot tub.The other con was the game room. The simulator was disconnected and did not work, the Xbox required sign-in with emails, accounts, the whole nine. So it was really not usable at all for our kids. The projector worked, so that was nice. Our kids did use it a few times.I'd stay at this house again but only if I could pay extra to disable the pool alarm system...

Mickey’s Jedi Retreat

The property was nice, clean and very spacious. It supplied us with everything we needed from cooking utensils, pots and pans to towels and extra sheets. It was very easy to get in touch with the property host and they replied to our needs within a reasonable time frame. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental was as we thought - only didn’t realize kids rooms were upstairs. Property manager was very responsive. Great location to all parks and restaurants. Will be back for sure.

Great stay near the parks

We had a nice stay at this home in Windsor Hills near the parks. We were hesitant about the gated community based on what we read but had no issues and actually liked the system the have for guests who have checked in to avoid lines. The house photos and description were azure are and we found the house well-equipped for all we needed. Very comfortable for our big family and would recommend to others.

Great place to stay

Owners were great to work with. House is beautiful. We had 5 adults and 4 children and had more than enough room in the house. Master rooms are on main floor and kid rooms upstairs, nice layout. Movie room is the best idea for loud kids at night when adults want quiet time, pretty much soundproof. Would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you for a great week.

Awesome Family Retreat!

This home was decorated like a model home. There was a gorgeous screened in pool overlooking rolling hills and a pond. There was an amazing theatre room with a huge screen and plenty of bedrooms and baths. We felt very safe having children stay here with the pool security alarm and fence. The neighborhood had a great water park, arcade, and other amenities. We received helpful videos prior to our arrival on how to utilize features in the house. We would love to stay here again.

Universal Vacation

Pros- easy to find, great location to parks. House reviews- nice property, pictures online match. Cons- had some issues with it not being cleaned properly. The covers in the first master had dirty covers but we just went and purchased our own and notified the owner. The movie room had trash under the seats lots of it. We only saw it because the infants pacifier dropped and when we went to get it off the floor we saw all the trash and food under the seats again notified the homeowner. They responded quick but we didn’t worry because we were checking out the next day. We would stay again.

Super fun place to stay with our kids!

We loved staying in this home! We surprised our kids by not telling them what to expect until we arrived. They were SO excited to see the fun mural as soon as we walked in the door and then, "Wow! Our own pool?" and "Look how cute the bedrooms are!" "We each get our own bathroom? This is awesome!" .... and finally they found the Home Theater. "No way! This is for real? We get to use this?" I only wish we would have had more time at the house as we spent every day, all day in the Disney parks. It's a very clean home and Su was responsive to our questions and needs.

Family vacation 2021

We took ten out of our eleven children on a family vacation. (Our oldest is away in college) We’ve never rented a home before so I was nervous. The house was clean and in order. If I needed anything I just texted the owner and always got a response. The house accommodated my very large family. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. What you see is what you get. The pictures are exactly what you get. We took the kids to a different park everyday and they were all near the property so the location was perfect. We were very happy!! Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

Spacious home, hard bed

My husband, myself, and our 11 yr old twins along with my brother in law and our friends (2 adults and a 10 yr old) all stayed in this property during our vacation. Pros: - The house was spacious and had more than enough room for all of us with room left over. - The code lock on the door made coming and going very easy. - The seats in the theater room were plush and comfy. - The main living room/kitchen area and the back patio/pool area were where we spent most of our down time and they were comfortable and nice. Cons: - The bed in the room off the living room was hard. We managed to sleep okay because we were tired but waking up sore from the bed was unpleasant. The pillows were hard as well. I can’t speak to the beds in the other rooms so maybe they weren’t as bad but I don’t know. - The thermostat does not go below 73 degrees. This may be okay in the winter but Florida summer heat would make it unbearable. - The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. - The bedroom off of the living room backs up to the pool and we were woken early (7am) and kept up late (2am) by the people next door drinking on their patio. This is not the owner’s fault but it does speak to lack of soundproofing. My friends said the kids rooms above her had similar issues as far as being able to hear every little thing if they moved. - The rental came with one roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom- this was expected and fine. However, there was no dishwasher tab, washing machine tab or trash bag as stated. We left behind dish soap for the next guest. - Upon entering the house the first thing I noticed was the floors were sticky. Someone had been there to clean because the toilets had the wrapper on them indicating they had been cleaned and everything did appear clean at first glance. However, upon closer inspection there was a foul odor coming from the garbage disposal, the floors caused our socks to turn colors, and things just weren’t up to my standards (or any of the other adults) as far as cleaning. It was by no means filthy but I have stayed in homes with much better cleanliness. Would we stay here again? - Only if nothing better was available. I don’t want to say ‘absolutely not’, because it did fit what we needed. Ultimately though, I cannot justify paying to stay in a bed that uncomfortable. We didn’t bother the owner’s with any of this and still had a great vacation. Pros were good enough to balance the cons.

Disney vacation

This house was amazing for 12 of us. It had space for everyone. It was close to the parks. Kids enjoyed the movie room, video games, and pool. It had everything needed to cook meals. Community pool was great with nice game room. Owners very responsive to communication.

Great Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mickey’s Jedi Retreat. The property was beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was in the gated community of Windsor Hills which had many amenities that were fabulous. It was also 5-10 minutes from Disney Parks. This is a wonderful home for children and adults. The private pool and spa were a hit with all of us and the children enjoy the game room and theater room.
