Alerio D302 är en tre sovrum, två badrum enhet på tredje våningen i Alerio komplexet i Miramar Beach, Florida. En gemensam pool, bubbelpool och tillgång till strandstrand garanterar en lyxig vistelse i detta nya samhälle som redan ger sig ett namn. Detta är förutom två gratis strandstolar och ett paraply.

Denna enhet har en kungssvit med privat badrum, samt ett drottningssovrum och ett våningssängrum med en upps��ttning full över hela våningssängar. Den totala sovplatsen för fastigheten är åtta och våningssängen och drottningens sovrum delar ett badrum utanför vardagsområdet. Köket är fullt utrustat med rostfria Amana-apparater och en bäddsoffa finns i vardagsrummet för extra sovrum.

Det kommer endast att finnas ETT parkeringspass per enhet. Parkering utanför hotellet finns tillgängligt.

Great location but poor living arrangements.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself has a great location. There is only 1 parking space for 8 grown guest with vehicles and they make u park around the corner at Geronimo RV park for 25 cash daily or 30 credit. The furniture was horrendous and the sheets were poorly washed and leaked of **** stains. Will be calling VRBO about this. I took plenty of pictures. Also 4 wash clothes n 4 rags for 8 human beings to bathe. 1 trash bag.

Destin 2024

Comfy, clean and roomy, close to beaches & walking to small shopping areas. Be prepared to drive to restaurants, grocery stores. Didn’t feel it was stocked enough for people flying in. ex: spices, salt/pepper, cooking spray, bath/beach towels, garbage bags, soap, tissues etc 2 out of 3 bedrooms could use more storage for clothes. Be aware: could have noisy upstairs neighbors 🙂 Other than that loved the area, beautiful water - beautiful beaches! Great beach bar a little down the road!

Beautiful place to stay

The property is beautiful. The beach access is right across the street. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is great. This is in a perfect location with great beach access and close to restaurants and activities for the family.

It appeared clean but there were sticky spots on floor, sand on floor and mold in shower. The condo must not have been insulated well because you could hear people in adjacent condos (beside and above). Above neighbors let their children run and it literally shook our ceiling.

Keep looking trust me!!

We have been going to Destin for the last 8 years. This stay was the worse by far. The unit was not cleaned to a satisfactory condition. The showers and tubs had mold in them had to completely change the shower curtains to help with some of the smell. The toilets had no water pressure and would not flush. The floor was never mopped and left all our socks black. I have no way to describe the furniture. The couches had no firmness and could feel the springs from wear and tear. But the biggest complaint is that you can really tell the units are not serviced and well taken care of by the property manager. If I was the owner of this unit, I would be pissed on how the booking agents handle my property. I will say this the location and the commute to the beach is great. The pool is way to small for this many units. You can really only have 20 people in pool at a time. You have assigned parking. If you care about your vehicle, you can not move to another space to protect it. The parking spaces are tight. Also we saw the security parking attendant leaning and lying on the vehicles paint to inspect parking passes every 4 hrs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door. Like I said in my title, Keep Looking. Destin is a great place to vacation, just not at this location.

June 2023 Stay

Upon arrival the condo was clean with the exception of some spilt powder detergent and underwear between the dryer and the wall. My biggest complaint was no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or swimsuits. The pool is very small so if you want pool time, I would go elsewhere. The complimentary beach chair service was very nice!

Beautiful condo right across the street from the beach! We’ll definitely be back! (Also I highly recommend walking to the Surf Hut to get a frozen drink on those hot beach days!)

Great location.

Great location. Beautiful condo. But Parking for 1 car for 3 bedrooms is super hard. We paid an additional $210 per car ($420 total) and had to shuffle around anytime going anywhere.

June 2021 Stay

This unit is a very nice unit with updated decor. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew was departing the condo. The unit was overall clean, but the floors appeared to not have been swept or mopped. The unit did not even smell as though it had been thoroughly cleaned. Should our stay have been longer than 2 nights, I would have definitely reported it for someone to come back. Also, the Allerio only allows for one parking tag per unit and this is strictly enforced. Our family had a total of 3 vehicles and therefore had to park 2 vehicles at the recommended Geronimo RV park. the instructions that were sent stated $15/night and upon arrival we were notified that the new pricing information was 25/night and had been sent to the rental companies. we paid an additional $100 for parking for 2 nights. I did notify Beach Blue properties and the website was immediately updated. Also, if you are looking for a resort with a pool area that your family will spend alot of time at, then I would not recommend the Allerio.

Overall condo was nice and location/proximity to Beach were awesome. In person it looked exactly like it did in photos online. Owner/host communicated well. Unit does need a little TLC inside. Some furnishings need good cleaning or replaced. Towel bars not secured to wall, door knob to a closet fell off and exterior door knob for patio was rusted and hard to open & close. Access to security in general was hard to achieve especially to take care of after hours problems. I've heard many say the walls were thin and you could hear others next door & above. That is very true. However, we would consider staying there again if we travel back to Miramar.

El apartamento muy comodo y limpio, esta muy bien ubicado y casi cerca de la orilla de la playa, lo unico malo es el estacionamiento, solo te dan un puesto reservado por apartamento, lo que es algo complicado si viajan en mas de un carro

Destin vacay

I will not be returning. A cleaning fee is charged,however I did not feel the unit was clean. The furniture was very sandy as well as the floor. The pool was not sufficient enough to accommodate 4 units of condos. Parking was tight and some of my family had to park away from the unit I did not know the charge could be negotiated. The kitchen was not equipped for a family of eight when you ate cooking. It was. Nice short walk to the beach. This was a plus! The condo was decorated nicely

Perfect location

The place actually was more than what we expected. Unit was clean and just literally walking distance to the beach. They had security checking in the cars/vehicles coming inside the facility. We felt safe walking outside at night as we also see a lot of families going out for a stroll. The only downside is that they only allow one car per unit and it does not matter if you have a 3 bedroom/2 families per unit. They did have an offsite parking area. Just beware because on the website they tell you parking is only $15/day but when we got there it was $25/day if you pay in cash and $30 if you use your credit card. Overall, we cannot complain because, like mentioned earlier, the location was perfect and our place was clean and unit was spacious (enough for 2 families with 4 kids) which is really what we were hoping for. We would highly recommend this place to friends and definitely looking forward to going back.
